mod Crete have ERM enclosures they made for $45 Silo- 6061 shipping from the 6th Jan.
Thats great news :) I paid more per unit for 3D printed ERM's :( I'm tempted to order 3 to replace my 3D printed units?
If installing the chip in the case wasn't such a PIA, screen alinement specifically I would buy 3 right now :)
As much as I would like to support an American made product, The plastic screen alinement part that come with the VT200 enclosure makes it an easier build. IMO the ERM need some thing like that to make assembly easier also to insure that the fragile screen makes it into the case with out issue.
I hate to be the negator here but I'm just posting what I all ready know from experience.

DNA40 in a G+ box with cutouts for a DNA200 with remote Mitec switch.

If it turns out to be a fail I will just throw a DNA200 in there and use the remote Mitec!

With that thought in mind I found that I would need to drill the up/down button holes out to the size of the C&K switches. Didn't want to do that because if I swap it out for a 200 board then the factory buttons won't work. So, I used some plastic nuts to hold the C&Ks in place. These needed some adjusting to get them to fit. (Cut the points off next to the board holder and cut the flat off at the door edge.) The "flats" worked great against each other and the back of the box to center the switches.

The board holder fits after the "adjustment" on the plastic nuts for the switches. A little crazy glue gel and it all stays in place.

I had some battery wraps (blue), and used a piece to change the screen color. Still using the Kapton to hold the screen in place. (attempting to get a green)

A fat daddy 510, single 18650 (because I gotta do something with all of the 18650's I have).
It works just fine. Loving an Aromamizer on a DNA! (Reo's headed for the storage box!)

I first lightly sanded with 220 grit followed by an acetone wash. The pics don't show it but it came out very nice.

So let me get this right. Sanding, acetone wash then Scotch Brite? Very nice. Exactly like how I'd like mine to come out. And what does the acetone accomplish?
