Congratulations Amy and Beans on your four months. It took me a while to lose my cravings too, but it does get easier as time goes by.
Hi all! I'm new to the Woman's room, but thankfully not so new to ECF!! For some reason I went around all last week thinking it Saturday would have been my one month anniversary...I realized on Saturday that no it was only 3 weeks...but it's been the BEST three weeks ever! Gave up analogs the minute I got my PV and haven't looked back! I'll never touch an analog again! And I owe a lot of thanks to ECF for that!

I was such a klutz at the beginning. I just could not keep the juice in the PV. If it wasn't in my mouth, it was all over my hands. I had to stuff my bra cups w/kleenex since my sweats didn't have pockets.

Oh I have my own "made my self sick as a dog" post around here too! I took the term Flooding an atty to an all new level...like Noah's ark levels LOL.

Amy and Beans..congrats on 4 months! The first 3 are the hardest..3 days 3 weeks and 3 months...after that it's all good! Well maybe not..but bearable then it's great!

Hi Amy! Congrats! I'm the resident student nurse here in the woman's room. I am about to graduate from my 1st year & start my second in 3 weeks.
yeah I'm still working on it...hoping my juice/carto orders come in tomorrow! I need some new juice bad!

really? it's been so easy...not to brag
but it would have never happened without my PV!It and ECF has saved my life!
thanks for the welcome and thankfully it hasn't been hard at all. one hit of my PV and I never wanted to touch a cig again. Had 2 full packs in the house until just the other day when I let my son throw them away! It was a happy day for him!
Hi, thanks and good luck! I remember those days of nursing school, sooo much stress! and standing outside smoking. my teacher begged til she was blue in the face...as has everyone in my life...it took my 7 year old begging and crying for me to find a way to do it. I'll never smoke a cig again...as long as I have my PV, which never leaves my hand much less my sight so not much chance of that!
I have two instructors that smoke so I am doing better than they are. One even got t see me with my PV and I think at one point she looked envious.
Congrats on the quit ladies! Your doing great! The first few weeks was the hardest for me, I called it "the chemical unscrambling of my brain" From 27 years of consuming mind altering drugs that the big T companies dumped in my smokes. It gets so much easier from here on out!
well if it's anything like my classes you'll have a paper to write...you should totally do it on PV's!! and just give her some info or this web site, we've always got a shortage of nurses and if we can keep the population healthier there might be less of a shortage...at least until I can finally retire!!!!!
