I have been using my Halo G6 for about 2 weeks now with cartomizers. I bought some mini tanks and they came in the mail yesterday. I really like them but it seems like they get very warm very quickly. Is this normal?

No lack of flavors with Tritons though.
Give it some time. If/when you damage one before its life expectancy (3-4 weeks, if you clean it regularly), you're ready for an upgrade.

And here I thought I'd make it at least another month before coming up with a justification to spend the money on the Triton...
Is the fact that I'm drawing on them hard also the reason that every now and then I get a squirt of ejuice in my mouth? (There is no way to phrase this question without it sounding dirty....)
I'd venture to say that you're getting the G6 minitank so hot that you're boiling the juice. I've drawn on that minitank sideways, upside down, full, nearly empty and had no problems. But when I get the minitank very hot from frequent long draws, I can hear it boil and a small amount of seriously hot juice squirts into my mouth. When the minitank is really hot, it squirts on soft and hard draws. That did sound dirty.

Thanks for that info... good to keep in mind. My Triton is only a week old and I'm swapping between 5 Triton tanks and a mess of G6 minitanks, so I haven't even cleaned any of my tanks yet. Sounds like a fun job for this weekend.
I switch flavors constantly because of my juicing OCD. That is how I overcome the issue. It also seems certain juices (TiKi for example) heat up quicker than others.

Clean them?!?!?!? Awwww crappo! This sounds complicated. Please tell me it isn't more than running some nice warm water over them from the tap?

oh whew! I was running out of excuses for all the alcohol I had in my place. but now at AA I can say its to clean my minitanks! yay!
So, this is weird...my teeth got hot while I was vaping just now. Also, do I need to clean my mini tanks after only using them for two days?
Yes, I am new to vaping (today's my one month anniversary with vaping). The tank was almost to the .9 mark. I've tried pulling kind of slow and gentle and also harder and it seems like yesterday was a bad day for me. Everything tasted burnt or weak. The only way I was tasting any flavor that wasn't gross was by retrohaling. I used two different mini tanks and a cartomizer all with different juices in them and they all were tasting burnt. I don't know if maybe something was just going on with my tastes yesterday. Today seems a little better so far, but my juices still don't taste as good as they did on Tuesday.
