I think the first week, we smoked about three or so a day for a couple days when we wanted to...generally with the morning coffee, and after a meal, then the latter part of the week, one a day, they got "nasty" ...we also started with 24mg as were were 2 to 2+ pad smokers.

six weeks later, the craving hits now and then but it's purely psychological (which is always the hardest part once you get through the w/d of a drug) which there really isn't any of that other than the "other chemicals" in store bought ciggies, I had that shaky, irritable, I want one of "those" ciggies afternoon when I went to rolling my own.

I had some cigarettes left for the first couple of days. I'm told that I was a bit moody at first. But I didn't want to kill anyone like when I had no nicotine at all, so anything was an improvement. Once the cigarettes were gone, I was actually better. But I did have some moments when I really wanted a cigarette. It does get easier with time.
