Mixing my own base atm.. Some advice needed

As you fill your device and vape the radient heat will thin it even further so I think your good to go. Sounds like your well on your way then...... Great job. Keep us posted on your progress were here to help

the mixes i did thinned out after i had them in warm water 5-6 times, so it's not an issue any more..

I have heard more than once that heat thins down the juice permanently, but I have yet to understand it. Does anyone have an explanation what is going on?

I've not seen that to be the case. Bonding together of the VG/PG/Flavoring molecules via heat may produce a slight dilution in consistency but I don't think that would really be drastically noticeable.

Just what I was thinking .... Heat may thin down a juice temporarily - because of expansion - but once it cools down, viscosity goes right back up.
