first i ever heard anybody say anything about that ?? what do the other vendors say ??

It's pretty much known here in the DIY forum. Many flavoring companies will also have it on their site.

I agree, do small batches first. Try something like a quarter ml flavor in 5 ml base and go from there. Some flavors, especially if they are from FA are good at about 1 drop per ml, though every flavor varies, if that helps you at all.
