Okay I am New here, But some of the things I have read here don't had up, and I mean on the whole forum, not just this post.
1. If nicotine comes into contact with the skin, it is dangerous becuase we absorb it so easily through our skin?
2. Reports I have read here also state that as far as "second hand" nicotine absorbed by others is near impossible because we exhale less than like .01 percent back out.
3. Based on those statements we would be getting nearly a 100% of the nicotine that we come into contact with? All these statements couldn't be accurate, and yet I see them all the time. So,
Unless the PG or VG or what ever it is doesn't transfer the nicotine or protects it from getting released, then we would be obsorbing all of it. However, from my experience we don't actually get much nicotine from vaping it since my nicotine cravings seem to be much higher with vaping, like everyone else.
But those things concern me far less than this question.
So here is my REAL question, that no one seems to be asking, If PG is used as a preservative, then for me the concern would be that as a smoker wouldn't it be likely that the PG could be obsorbed into the tar, that is already in my lungs acting much like a sealant which would not allow us to every get rid of the tar from our lungs which in turn would increase the chances of emphysema? I am not a scientist but I am really concerned about this questions.
All I know is that preservatives are dangerous regardless of the FDA findings, the FDA isn't about health, they are as corrupt as they can be, as evidenced by current events.
Anyway, I hate that my first post is negative, but it seems to me that we maybe trading one kind of problem for possibly an even more dangerous issue, sealing our lungs fate.
Hopefully someone who is a little smarter than me may have some insight into this.
Thanks
Steve
