Jim, you are constantly moving ahead. It's hard to keep up with you. Sheesh! LOL
To give you a point of reference, these are my shortest mods.
Precise Simplicity Ti 18380 (left) - 66mm, GP PAPS Lux 18350 (right) - 60mm

The Satburn mini might be shortest depending on how you count the recessed top cap? I think it's 62mm top to bottom, but probably 5mm off your total height with the atty being recessed.

Figured I'd drop by and get in on this Poldiac lovefest. It's morning in America with me sitting here enjoying a fine cup of coffee and a fine Poldiac California Edition. Just gotta say Jim, it's one of the finest mods I've ever used and to please keep up the good works.

Bottom airfed atties.... Are you talking about ProTanks or what?? I doubt much of your target audience uses such equipment. Air inlets at the 510 connection seem to be (to me at least) an archaic design in vaping.
Spheriod, more likely, Nach. The Satburn, for example, can't be used with a spheriod - or anything over 16mm for that matter. It's a niche mod.
Whatever Jim comes up with will presumably be both tiny (60mm or less??) and versatile

With magnets that work as a spring
And the same time are the locking system.
Now we come to a better part!
The Poldiac owners will need only the button and a simple connector to turn their devices to a very short bottom fire mod with locking system.
And the answer is 53mm tall.

Just wanted to update on my VG wicking issues I was having. Tried some ss cable, 3/32" 7x19, wrapped top with 2 wraps of 400 mesh. Never have to tilt past 45 degree angle! Absolutely perfect for me. 4 wraps of 28g kanthal, about 1 ohm I think.
That nanos looks amazing! I just happen to have an 18500 battery tube and pants for that.
