I might be posting this in the wrong place because I didn't see this here yet, and I thought it might have been a hot topic.

Apparently, Puresmoker is getting sued over that Prodigy accident that happened a little while before the incident in Florida.

Also apparently, the guy was stacking batteries from Radio Shack.
