Decided to keep it in the family before checking the general forums. Anyone know of/where to get 808 bat to 510 carto adapters?

Full Disclosure: Was looking into eGo-T's earlier today and stumbeled onto 510 CLEARomizers. This would be great for me as I have trouble telling when my cartos need refilling. I usually end up burning them or leaving juice in them. Would love a (better) way to tell when to refill (with V4L juice of course). Kind of wonder too, anyone know if V4L has any plan for clearomizers? I'm fiercely brand loyal and would buy those in a second.

There have been issues with the clearomizers Bauer sir, that's why V4L hasn't released any. Of all the ones I've tried about 10% have leaked, and around 25% had burning issues... I believe good prophets sells adapters, but remember 510 cartos are designed for 3.2v...

Yep, Morandir is right. People on other forums here have lots of complaints with the Clearomizers. The manufacturers keep coming up with "new and improved" versions but each has had problems. Wait until they are perfected, or research the other forums and decide if you want to deal with them.

Perhaps I shall have to wait then if there are so many issues. I'm not that up on the tech side of everything Morandir sir, I take it to mean that even with the adapter it would not work well?

Depends on the carto design and ohms Bauer sir. Some would do perfectly fine, the lr's at 1.5 ohms wouldn't, or a horizontal coil design. Higher voltage produces more watts, more watts, more heat... Some cartos could burn badly from the raised voltage, or burn the juice...

I watched a video from Grimm Green on M.A.P. Tanks - they look promising. I've heard a lot of bad reviews on the ego-t, but to each their own. (There's even an ego-t fail page on facebook) ...

I've gotten adapters from AltSmoke and use the V4L carto's on my BB with no problems.
