Mod threads being sticky

Curious if anyone uses anything to help mechanical mods from the threads sticking?? At the 510 connection sometimes my attys will get stuck and I'll have to take the whole mod apart basically to get the atomizer off sometimes resorting to vice grips to remove them. I don't want to have to scratch them all up to get them apart

I have seen Noalox recommended numerous times, so finally picked up a small tube from home depot in the electrical section. It is a lubricant but also improves conductivity. I applied it to all the threads on my mod and now everything is buttery smooth.
