Modding to Bottom Feed

I have a Peko set to be delivered tomorrow. I have 2 new atties set to be delivered Thursday that I plan on modding to bottom fed.
Until then I plan on either getting my old atomic our plumveil rocking on the peko. And It will also be good for practice before the two atties I really like are in.
I will have to do the slot method as I do not have access to a drill press.

I understand that the center post the atomic is press fit. I have a big C clamp, and am not quit sure of the details to get the post out. I have a couple Ideas but I am a very visual learner. Any one have any pics of the process? I have found posts describing the process. But have not found any pics before I dive in.

What I've done is find a punch or nail that fits inside the post
Put the addy on a block of wood with a hole(for the 510) in it, deep enough for the pin to come out
Gently hammer the punch(nail) till the post comes out
You don't want to hammer on the top of the post, it could damage the threads
Good luck

^^^^ except replace the hammer and nail/punch with the C-clamp. Be gentle.

I have converted a few since this. I even was able to successfully convert a Marquis. That one took some trial and error. There is a metal lip that separated to 2 positive insulators that was blocking the juice channels.
