Back in the early 80s Mickey Hart had a Porsche 911 painted flat black with an SYF smack dab in the middle of the rear hatch engine cover... Talk about crossing cultures!

I remember having stopped at a rest stop, eating lunch with my family. A whole caravan of young people showed up in their BMWs, Audi, and Subarus. I think they were in-route to a Phish concert. Anyway, they were drinking wine and preparing quiche on high-end camping and backpacking stoves. All I could do was shake my head and mutter "how they were doing it all wrong".
