Thanks!! I first asked Tim at Serenity Gear to make a cover and he would but I would of had to send my MicroStick to him for fitting. Didn't want to part with it that long. I've been using my MicroStick the most out of all my devices since I got it in March.

Received my 4th run Microstick in record time! Love the EMS ship even if it's pricey.

Can I adjust the throw on the button ? It looks like I might be able to clip the staggered insulator to let the screw go deeper in to the button and shorten the throw...
Suggestions ?

I upgraded to EMS. Not sure I did the right thing...
I see a guy in NY got his in just 3 days. Mine took 8 days to UK!
I've had part delivered regular mail in less than a week.
Maybe I was just unlucky though...

I've got a question, I've been using my microstick in the 18350 since I got it with great results. Today I decided to at the extension but had trouble making contact on the battery (YES, I did put an 18490 battery in). I adjusted the brass contact in the switch down a 1/4 of a turn. Is this the proper way to adjust for different size batteries? I am using AW IMR18490 battery.

I made this little fleece bag to carry and protect my u-Stick. It's too small for use with the extender so I will need to sew up another bag.

May be able to trim the spring if you need to. I also found some of my spare springs from another mod work well.

If anyone ever had a doubt on battery positioning with any mod, a good rule of thumb is negative end of battery will go to the spring. And that's usually toward the button.

I'm not good at making things so I have a Parish Leather case made by Anna. It fits perfectly, is strong, & looks great. You can request customisations, eg I had one made with neither window nor belt loop (usually it has one or the other). Not cheap but will last forever & protects the mstick at the same time as looking good.

What kind of batteries is everyone using in the microstick? Anyone have Efest purple 18350 flat top? 18490 vs 18500 batteries? I've read that some batteries are just a little too long or too short. A list of 18350 and 18490/18500 batteries that people have tried without doing any mods would be nice.

And, if I've understood correctly, EMS orders are shipped beforehand so that would be a fair few of the orders in each of those number ranges I imagine.

Given an even distribution of devices, EMS and parts per "x" orders, it's still 3 times the volume. Hopefully, it indicates a change in production methodology to handle the volume. Maybe more staff, machines or exclusivity with suppliers for that time?

Efest Red 18350 button top 800mah, and I have the Efest purple ones as well; just not here with me sorry, however it (Efest Purple) is also a button top... I don't think that flat tops will work, but please someone correct me if I'm wrong...

I tried another AW with no issue so I am fairly certain that several of the AWs that I bought from fleabay are clones. I kinda wished that I had tried my efest purple 18500 to see how it fit.

I did read that the flat purple efest work so I'm hoping that's still the case. I bought 2 purple efest flat and one button top 18350 and one 18500 efest purple flat top. Hoping all of em works
