Good to know, Mr Mann. I would like a candyish watermelon flavor if it did not have an odd undertaste. I gave up on watermelon a few years back. The flavorings that are supposed to taste like the real thing include the rind and even the candy type that I have tried all have had a weird undertaste to me.

I think that this Bubblegum would be great with some watermelon or strawberry added to it.

Of course I can't speak for how it will taste to you, but I got no weird after-taste or rind.

My package has finally completed it's world travels - picked it up from the base post office late this afternoon.
Flavors that I have are:
Creamy Vanilla, EM Formula, FR-4, Green Lime and Sweet Liquorice
Last couple days have been a bit rough with high stress but hoping to get at least a couple if not all of these mixed up this weekend.

FYI- I have not forgotten about posting my opinions here. I have one last one to try and that is the Vanilla. Unfortunately I have a head cold right now and can't taste much of anything but, I will be back :)

Next up for me is the Caramel Melt. That one OOTB smells fantastic, but you never know what's up until you mix!

Well, here's my take on a couple of the samples from Molinberry. I tried them in a SmokTech 1.8Ω cartomizer and a kayfun type device.

Latakia -- really liked this one. It's like the "Smoke and Prunes" (think that's the right name) from another company, but not as intense which I really liked. This one I can vape all day without feeling like my taste buds are getting damaged. On the inhale I get a nice cedar kind of smoke as well as plums or prunes. Delicious. Exhaling I pick up the spices and I'm sorry but I can't discern the separate spices other than to say whoever mixed them knows what they are doing!! I had a little "ash base" I made and mixed the Latakia with it and that took it up another step. I probably wouldn't use it all day long, but what a great change up flavor. So in summary, Nice smokey and aromatic flavor with the fruit and then spices. This one is a keeper for sure. Oh, almost forgot.... ended up using this @ 10%. Any lower and the flavor seemed muted and higher it kind of coated my tongue.

FR-4 -- I may get shot for saying this, but I don't get any "light cigarette" flavor at all. But this was my favorite of all the samples. Again, mixed at 10% -- 10% seems to be the sweet spot for me with all these flavors. The FR-4 tastes like delicate mix of exotic flavors. There is also a nice sweet flavor reminiscent of the old dipped cigars minus the tobacco flavor if that makes any sense at all. I mainly get a very light anisette flavor mixed in with another mystery blend of spices. I was literally scraping the bottom of the bottle to get all of this flavor out to make just a tiny bit more I like it so much. Easily an all day vape for me. I honestly don't know how I would categorize this flavor. Maybe somewhere between dessert and exotic?? I definitely would like more of this to "keep testing"....hint, hint Marcelina (just kidding) .

I know I am not a storied juice tester but what I have written so far is my honest opinion. I'll follow soon with my take on the other 3 flavors. Hope my opinions made at least a little bit of sense......:D

Hi

brilliant reviews :) This is what I like, deep and properly done! This kind of experience gives me more clue how to deal with the flavour and if I can mix it with anything else to make it better. I made new e-liquid based on Latakia flavor. I know i cannot post any link to other forums etc but on Inawerashop.com forum there is a space to enter the upcoming testing so if you are interested you are more than welcome to join :) I shall actually send you the Latakia based liquid and wonder how you will find that then!

We discussed FR4 - I just don't smell any anise there, could be my taste buds.

Well anyway, look at the forum :)

Now for my next act, I'll try to comment on the 3 other flavors Marcelina was kind enough to send me. Again, I tried them in a 1.8Ω cartomizer and Kayfun type also @ 1.8Ω.

Malibu Pinacolada -- This flavoring tastes exactly like the tropical drink to me. It truly amazed me how well the chemists "nailed it". The most prominent flavors on inhale are coconut and pineapple followed by a very rich almost milky exhale. If you close your eyes and really concentrate on the flavor you can picture yourself at a cabana bar sipping this excuse me, vaping this while watching the sunset. Pinacolada is indeed a delicious flavor and I could vape it all day long with no problems. I tried at 5, 10, and 15% but settled on 10% as best for me. This flavor definitely can be customized to the vapers particular taste. At higher per cent I sensed a much stronger pineapple flavor and hence went middle of the road where I got a little bit of each flavor making up the whole. A keeper for sure!!

Ice Mint -- Several adjectives come to mind with this flavor. Arctic, refreshing, cool, spearmint, etc. I ultimately ended up using this delicious flavor as a sort of "palate cleanser" between other flavors. It definitely "takes over" when you vape it. It's strong but not overwhelmingly, makes you tear up strong. Just right. Inhaling I tasted a nice spearmint flavor wash over my tongue and throat. Upon exhale I got that neat cooling effect like when you use strong minty mouthwash. And that sensation lasts for many seconds. It's not a flash in the pan sensation. It definitely sticks with you for a while. I don't think I would vape this all day, but I would for sure keep a bottle mixed all the time for a nice change up vape. After a tank in the Kayfun I was ready to change flavors, and remember to change your wick too.....lol. This flavor is definitely strong. Even though I mixed it @ 10%, I'm sure it would be fine @ 5% or even lower for those with well tuned taste buds. This flavor would most likely pair well with other flavors using a little imagination.

EM Formula
-- This was the hardest for me to get a handle on. Soon as I saw the name I immediately thought of Ethyl Maltol. So I was predisposed toward a sweet vape but that was not the case whatsoever. While this flavor does indeed have some sweetness, it is not cloying. There is a berry flavor to me and it had a nice aftertaste - sort of like after drinking some carbonated water. I honestly can't tell what the berry mix is, but again, whoever made it came up with a very nice balance. Maybe raspberry? It is a distinctive flavor but remains very enigmatic to me. I wish I could be more specific. I did enjoy it, but I do not think I would vape it on a regular basis. It was a very interesting sample to try. I am curious to hear what others who had this flavor to sample say.

Thank you very much, Marcelina, for the opportunity to sample these unique new flavors. I had a great time trying them and hope my thoughts were helpful.

That's funny, horton. I also thought of Ethyl Malitol when seeing the EM flavor.

Looks like you are great at reviewing flavors. Much better than I am for sure. :toast:

I do appreciate the samples very much, Marcelina. I am going to sit the next round out and wait to hear from some of the folks that are able to give great reviews though :)

EM formula is interesting :) You are the first person have such feelings about this flavour :) I wonder what others think. Again there is a liquid prepared based on this flavour so we will see how you find this out :)

Well after being mildly ill last weekend, having to deal with some high stress issues at work and in the middle a death in the family I had some time today to get away from everything for a bit and I mixed a small batch of each of my 5 samples. Went 10% on each cause I like strong flavor. I let them sit for about a week now.

Hortons description of the flavor makes it sound like it tastes exactly like a Red Bull Energy drink tastes.

I have never had a Red Bull Energy drink because I was worried about the high caffeine content -- or at least I thought it had high caffeine. I imagined myself bouncing off the walls with endless energy for a few hours and then needing a long nap after the effects wore off.....lol Now I'm curious so next time I go to the store I'll have to buy a bottle? can?. Does it come in just one flavor? Geez I feel like I'm not "with it" any more not knowing about this stuff.....

I tried Caramel Melt at various percentages under 10% and didn't get much of anything -- just a faint, soft caramel. Very faint. I think it'll be a good mixer, but as a standalone it's not really about much. That said, I still have had success with Big Watermelon as a standalone. That liquid is easy as hell to get right -- and I love that!!!

Thanks! I love simple reviews like that ;) I basically found the same thing with the ones that I tried. They were all on the weak side even though some were good, I am not sure that I would place an order for them when there are more concentrated flavors to choose from. JMHO
