I have completed the journey to 0mg...sort of...

A couple of weeks have passed vaping 0mg juice and all is well, except that I am not happy with the lack of TH. The flavor is great, same recipe that I've been vaping for months, but without the TH if all feels incomplete. I've found myself mixing some 5mg juice just to get that whole feeling again. So now I'm vaping 0mg most of the day with some 5mg when the moment strikes.

So, does anyone know what I can add to my juice in place of nicotine to keep the TH but stay Nic-Free?

its difficult to try imitate TH without the nic. i am in the same boat as you. there are things you can do to get somewhere in the ball park but its not really the same Th as with nic. koolada and/or menthol to your juice will kick you just a little. if there was something that kicked like nic, i wouldn be using nic anymore either.

.....maybe even some of that stuff in the mason jar that I keep in the toolbox.

Woah slow down. What stuff in the mason jar in the toolbox? Denatured alcohol, iso alcohol, rubbing alcohol, windshield wiper fluid, paint thinner, windex, clorox, and motor oil should be completely avoided.

I'd assume mixing in smaller batches is best to keep the alcohol from evaporating out?

As long as you keep it sealed, the alcohol isn't going anywhere.

I think he's referring to moonshine. You'd be better off finding some Everclear. Moonshine ABV (alcohol by volume) is lower than Everclear and could have a bunch of residual sugar and other impurities that would gunk up coils

I dunno.

I've put Regular 80 Proof Rum in DIY recipes and the Added Rum seemed to Prevent Coil Gunking more than Causing it.

Hmm...interesting. Were you able to taste the rum at all?

Not really the Rum. More the Alcohol from the Rum.

I vape High VG, Sickly Sweet e-Liquids that can Gunk a Coil in about 2 Days. Adding Rum or Vodka Extended the period between Cleanings/Dry Burns.

BTW - I live in a State where you Can't buy Everclear or PGA. So I just used 80 Proof. Seemed to work just as well as Bacardi 151. And Cheaper.

Then I quit Drinking so I don't keep and Alcohol in the House anymore.

Good explanation. You can't duplicate the TH from nicotine. You can get some throat sensation or irritation with additives like pepper or menthol. But it won't be anything like the TH from nic.
