to change your title, click on settings at the upper tight corner of the webpage. That will take you to the page where you can change your settings. Under "my settings" at the left side of the new page, select 'edit profile'. The custom user title is the first item in the optional information section.
I don't know what the character limit is, but you can leave out the "PVT" if there isn't enough space for "PVT Good Will Ambassador"

Your turning time will be July 18th 9:25p.m. That is when your avatar will change showing that you are now a veteran. You will need to be there a little before that.
We just need to know what kind of theme you would like and if you would like an avatar party or welcome thread party. ...what kind of things you like... just about anything, wolves, dogs, cats, arts and crafts, Gothic art, hobbies, airplanes, turtles, dragons, rofl you get the idea.

As for the theme, can we maybe do zombies or skulls or even just general horror? All are kind of running themes around my world LOL I seem to have amassed a collection of skull related things, and have been a fan of zombie and horror books and movies since I was a child.
I know all of those are a bit odd, so some people might not like any of them. I can pick something else if needed
