Are you using CE tanks or vivi nova? Or the tank came with it. You might had some juice enter into the center so when you vape the draw came with juices
Empty it and fill up by the side wall of the tank and make sure juice don't enter the middle

I'm not sure which tank is it. I just tried to insert by the side but the juice don't go in
You mean this piece? But if I remove this piece, there is a hole in the mouth piece. Sorry for being a noob.
Reassemble everything first,
remove the mouthpiece.
fill in the juice, try to avoid pouring onto the white silicone piece,
Fill up to level just below the lowest sillica wick to avoid gurgling,
reinstall mouthpiece
on a side note, you may have overfilled the tank, thats why its coming out of the mouthpiece

One more question. Do I have to put my e-cig upright all the time? my e-cig is thin so if I keep it upright, it falls easily. Is there and stand for ego-twist so it will be easier for me to keep? and how to I access the buy-sell section?
When I was using clearomisers, I didn't keep them upright some times, but I did make sure the wick was soaked properly before vaping if I left it sideways for a while (if tank happened to be low in juice).......or you can simply use a mug, cup, glass etc. to keep them upright.
