I also ordered on the 22nd. My order just shipped today. I have received no reply to my emails nor to the contact us option on the website.

We don't have much time to answer everything in a timely manner right now. I sort of pop in and check what's going on wherever and whenever I can.:). We are in for another long night. There a whole lot of people that ordered behind you and I'm sure we will miss an e mail or two before this is all over but that is not our intention.. We ain't perfect, but we are working on it. Got my shipping notification today as i was told to expect, and I have absolutely no hard feelings toward you gentlemen at all. Frankly, i dont see how anyone could.
It was a fantastic sale and some backlog should be expected, especially when filling these orders isn't as simple as pulling pre-filled bottles off the shelf. I always appreciate vendors who take the time to "do it the right way" and especially those who show customer appreciation with a sale like this and a 20% off coupon to boot (which was not even necessary but very generous). It is my first order with Mr. vape and I plan on returning for my next order soon! Way to work through it guys- I'm sure it hasn't been easy, but you handled it well. Looking forward to my vapemail and adding a new vendor to my (short) list!

There aren't many comments that I don't have something smart or witty to return with but you did it. I'm (we're) speechless-WOW- I actually stopped everyone from filling orders and had them read your kind words to us. Yes, this sale is about you because I saw how high the mountain was that I created with it. I wanted to give everyone on more reason to come back when we are not so busy to give our shipping times a chance with the 20% coupon code. Thank You for your order and the kind words.

Just trying to keep everyone informed. I checked our two e mail accounts and our contact us page and all messages were replied to since your last post and new ones have been replied to since. I will continue to "check in" every once in a while to keep everyone up date. Also I cringe every time the phone rings but I answer it. Everyone I have talked to so far seems to understand that 60% is an awesome deal and more than one person came out to take advantage. I think updates are better than leaving you hanging. We are doing ALL we can to get everything out. Now back to filling orders. Tommy

I am guessing that you probably got a lot bigger orders too. Although I have never tried any of these juices i think my two orders totalled over 200 mls which has also been a part of the delay.

The first should be here early next week and luckily I am in no danger of being out of juice so no biggie for me.

Certainly appreciate the sale and at 60% off I am sure lots out folks are trying you guys out for the first time.

While I will agree with you that 60% is an awesome deal (only if the juice is good) customer service is key also. There are lots of companies that have great deals sometimes but its not the end all answer. I recently purchased a larger order from a vendor. the order went smooth and the price was just too good to pass up. It was also 60% off. God that juice is terrible. :lol: I wont make that mistake again although they are very friendly and answer emails quickly. I have 2 other vendors that I use who are very slow. They reply to my emails and their juice is great. The point I am making is customer service is more important to some than a great price. Most of us can understand being behind schedule with getting orders out especially with these mom and pop businesses. Some seem to not care about anything other than a great price. I on the other hand dont like to feel ignored when I am spending my money.

BTW, I still have had no replies so not all of them have been answered. Maybe mine just got "lost"
anyway.. good luck.

I am very sorry you feel this way about us right now.
We have been replying to all emails and working as fast we possibly can to get orders out around the clock.
If you could please PM me your order number and the day that you sent us an email I will double check everything for you.
Also you mentioned you did receive a tracking number, that means we have shipped your order.
We are only human and mistakes do happen, I would like to make this right. So if you could please PM me that information.

Now as for "Customer Service" - IMO and from "My" experience - "TopNotch"/"Tommy" has never ignored anyone, as can be attested to by him being constantly taken away from his other duties to his customers to answer your post and complaints (as he has with others) . . . AND - You are continuing to complain that You are being ignored . . . PLEASE ! ! ! "Tommy" and his crew have provided outstanding service, especially given that they are a newer company and have a smaller operation . . .

AND - Since Mr Vape's is a quality vendor and makes their "Nicquids" when they are ordered and not as so many other vendors do and send to you that are "Pre-made" . . . each "Nicquid" is made for YOU the Customer . . .then you should already understand and know that given this sale it would take time to get your order out to you - especially given the fact that "Tommy" already mentioned that in his many post here and on the website concerning this sale . . .

Are we not allowed to complain? Are we only allowed to praise? I do not order premade liquids. I have mostly been a DIYer. The only reason I placed this order and other orders for liquids is because of the sale. It has not been 24 hours. It has been 10 days. Also did you pay for my order? NO! I have the right to voice my concerns and complaints and my experience just like anyone else. The only question i can see being brought up is "where." If I am not allowed to do it here then point me to the correct place. He said emails had all been replied to and I said not mine. I can see you have this suppliers back 100% so I doubt you will ever understand my point. But it really makes no difference at this point. I said all I needed to say in my last post. They only reason I keep returning is to reply to posts directly to me.

I was one of those new customers who ordered a massive amount. (Sample bottles to be exact.) I don't know if it helps, but given that you said word of mouth is your only way to communicate, I posted your message from #214 to Reddit. My order (#1852) is still waiting fulfillment, but I expected a delay. Just not one like this LOL. There's no doubt that a sale like this pummeled you and the staff, so I'm willing to just chill and relax.

Thanks for the initial offers, and the 20%. No matter what, I will come back when times are less hectic. You've earned a second chance (so to speak) from me.

yahooo i finally got my 1st order made during the blackfriday sale :)
i ordered almost allof their flavors in sample, and ordered bigger bottles of berry puff, white russian and wintergreen.
Since they are handmade, i assume that steeping may help. either way right now I am vaping the rasberry danish and YUM!!!!
tastes like licking the center of the danish!!
Vapor and TH are just fine, then again I am trying to go down on my nic level...
Also, they gave me a 20% coupon code for being patient. WOW
i am pretty sure that you have a new customer, thannks!!!

The Ry4 at Mr. Vape is amazing. It's sweet without being overpowering. It is exactly what an Ry4 should be. To my tastes, it is really similar to Halo Tribeca. It has become my favorite Ry4 and my all day vape. The Black Honey Tobacco tastes exactly like honey, with a nice tobacco flavor underneath. It tastes less sweet then the Ry4. It isn't a favorite of mine but it turns out I just don't like vaping honey. I haven't tried the Special Blend yet, but I have a sample that I'm steeping now. It smells really good, kind of buttery.

I know you didn't ask about the fruits, but they are really good. Every one I have tried tastes exactly as it should. They taste and smell fantastic!

I got some ry4a couple Weeks ago to try and had been letting it steep. When you mentioned it in the previous post I decided to pull it out and try it. I have to say that it is wonderful! I don't vape tobacco flavors but this is awesome! It is perfectly sweet. Not a sicky sweet to three point where you feel like you need to go brush your Rath to get the sweetness out of your mouth, but a modest sweet of maybe crispy sugar. Not sure how to explain it except delicious! I could see this becoming a staple I'm my arsenal!

now I am wishing I had tried it before the sale...I would have bought a big bottle of it!
