From date ordered to date shipping notice was received was 7 days for me. Received on day 10.

I ordered the same day, Jan 14...the status changed to "pending" in 5 days, but took 10 days for a shipping notice. Hope to receive the order today, 12 days.

I placed another order on Jan 20 and the status is still "awaiting fulfillment" 6 days later.

Finally got my order today. :)

The liquids didn't disappoint! Mrs T figured out a good peppermint formula, Best I have found since V4L WoW Peppermint. Will definitely order again, next time I will just make sure I have a few weeks supply in advance.

Yes, like I have said, she has the best juice on earth. It is definitely worth some wait time.

Her juice is the best and her shipping is usually quicker. Last year she got backed up after the holidays too. It's worth the wait though!

Perhaps that is true. I'm waiting to see if mine is shipped in the typical "3 to 4 day period". If not, then it's safe to say this first order will be my last one.

Oh, I agree! I love her peppermint hot chocolate. I use v4l supplies and juice and cartos and everything but I get some yumminess from T. since her delivery has been backed up for a while, after I ordered more phc, I got a pack of peppermint from v4l while I waited. it just wasnt the same... :)

My last order, placed on the 14th, took 12 days to receive from the day I ordered...it took 5 days, after ordering, for the status to change from "awaiting fulfillment" to "pending". I received it yesterday.

I placed my latest order on the 20th, 7 days ago and it is still "awaiting fulfillment"...so, if anything, things are moving slower. Thing is, I just love a few of her liquids so much, I'll still wait...at least for now, anyway.

Its going to take longer than that. I'm currently looking at two weeks from when I ordered to when it should arrive, on this coming Monday (assuming I get the shipping notice today, Friday). Remember, it sounds like this juice is anything but mass-produced.

The thing is, as others have pointed out, you may find it is worth the wait and adjust your ordering and supplies accordingly. I think this is my fourth or fifth order from Ms. T's.... I have little to no inclination to shop elsewhere for my juice at this point. The juices are that good, excepting, of course, flavors you just don't like.

The wait time can be a bit frustrating while buying small bottles to explore her flavors, but my guess is once you have your favorites-- and get into an ordering routine, schedule, and larger bottles-- the long wait should not be a problem.

Shipping costs should be adjusted accordingly then. Or, she shouldn't charge our credit cards until she starts to work on our order. I think paying $5.20 for two 6mL bottles of juice, and then having to wait a long while for it is even shipped is just poor service - no matter the quality of the product. Customer service is a huge part of what can make a product great, or what can make a product poor. Maybe it's time for them to expand their staff size if they can't keep up? I dunno........

As much as I love, and rely upon, several of MsTs liquids.......I agree.

My latest order, placed on Jan. 20, went to "pending" today, 8 days later.

.

I agree and I don't agree.

Certainly there can be posts or web site announcements when things are backed up, and these should be regular, maybe even daily if needed. Ms. T isn't keeping up good communications in light of two-week wait times. This is an easy thing to do that can go a long way towards keeping customers happy. She could even have a daily feed: mailed xx amount today, xx amount cooking, etc.

Having said this, I tend to be tolerant because so many of these suppliers are entrepreneurs starting out in a whole new venture.... I waited quite a few weeks for a GLV mod. Often people are out of some supply or other, including juices. There have been shortages of atomizers, things held at customs, Chinese New Year. It goes with this new territory. These are much more mom 'n pop operations, not highly efficient corporations.

I'm not a business person myself, but my understanding is that with initial business success comes some big challenges on how to grow and remain viable. Perhaps Ms T is feeling that now, which would be both good and bad for her.

Will she be a juice boutique with longer wait times? Hire and train more juice mixers? Outsource manufacturing according to recipe? Or even close up 'cause its just too much? There are probably pros and cons for each of those.

Of course, here I am ready to put in another order before my previous order has even shipped (though it IS "completed").

Well, got my order in the mail today! Back in Snickerdoodle Heaven for awhile!! HAHA I have to agree with most of the posts here on wait times. It is ok to take 2 weeks, but let people know that on your front page of your website. Just put a post there that says "I AM SWAMPED WITH ORDERS!!! PLEASE BE PATIENT AS IT MAY TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER"

This 1 message would be a HUGE improvement. Also, if you are running that far behind, offer 1st class mail for $2.50 - $3.00 or something. For small orders (ie 1-3 bottles) the $5.20 shipping is a little hard to swallow. Especially in light of the long lead time to begin with.

Just my 2 cents though. It won't make any difference as far as me ordering again. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY can compare to Ms T's quality. That is why I would rather wait the 2 weeks for her to make it herself, than have her hire a couple helpers and start having QC problems. The quality is too important to me.

I agree that a notice that there was a delay would have given the buyer the information needed to make a choice whether to place an order or not.

Being a first time customer I didn't know what the norm was or what the status messages meant and Brandon was quick to reply to those questions. Thanks Brandon.

I was ordering a few samples to see if I would enjoy Ms. T's juices and was under no time pressure so all was good with me. Had I been short of juice it would have been problematic for me as well.

I do hope the delays are just a short term problem and that she continues making the juices so many really like. Becoming popular is a double edged sword as Nicosnack summed up pretty well.

I've been buying for going on 2 years or close to it now from Mr's T's and the juice is just super and made with some special lovin put into each bottle:p.! I wouldn't stop ordering from T's no matter how long it took ( with in some sort of reasonable time frame of course, but it's just worth the wait in my opinion. Sometimes companies go through growing pains and its a tough thing to go through but means your doing something right.! Hang in there folks, I see the sun shining on this company and as the vaping community grows by leaps and bounds so will Mr's T's the gal is one heck of a mixing genius !!! One of the reasons I have 4 bottles of Snickerdoodle as back up right now:p:p, when I get down to 2 bottles I re-up my order and them is my :rules: !!

Ms T's was the first juice vendor I ordered from as a newbie. I had heard so many wonderful things about her juices and was very excited to try them. My card was charged when I placed the order and i waited and waited and waited for my order to arrive. It took 21 days and by then some of the excitement had worn off and been replaced with a WTH attitude. I looked on her website and I believe it said 3 or 4 day turnaround. I posted a question to the forum asking about shipping times. As I've come to realize is the norm, many of her fans jumped in with the line "it's worth the wait".

I've ordered 4 times, each time thinking I was just having some bad luck with my timing. The quickest I've recieve a juice was 19 days from time of order. Now I'll be the first to admit that are juices are great but that doesn't make up for poor customer service and business practices. There are many excellent vendors that hand mix their juices and mail them out the day I order or at least within 24 hours, charge less shipping and are less expensive on their prices.

I do check in here often to see if anything has changed, but sadly, it hasn't. If this business got its act together, I would become a loyal customer but as it is now....no, it's not worth the wait.
