I used to use my bank master card for all my orders until it was hacked into and someone got a trip to Vegas on my card. Now I'm concerned that my bright idea of using a Vanilla card is going to leave me screwed yet again. I think it says something to the effect that all problems with orders are to be handled with the supplier. Looks like I may have to take matters into my own damn paws!!!

You don't think anyone will take this as a REAL threat do ya????;)

Ok I have a serious question now. Has anyone found a substitute for her Snickerdoodle cookie?? This flavor is one I have never found anyone with anything close!! My Wife loves her Butterscotch Caramel Cheesecake and I am having a hard time finding a substitute for that as well. Pisses me off how someone with such an awesome business could just throw it away like this. Saddens me and sickens me at the same time. I really do hope there is not a health emergency with her on anything, but I have lost all patience with her and will never place an order with her again. After almost 4 years as a customer of hers, I just feel terrible about this whole situation.

my order was placed on the 3rd of oct. and it still says waiting to ship. I cannot image what has happened. does anyone live where the stores she supplies who juice for? Maybe we can find out if she has still sent them orders or if she is no longer doing business with them? I cannot image anyone taking our money and running, its just not like Mrs. T.

Hey CV.... There are many of us in the exact same boat. Someone was kind enough to open a thread for "Substitutes for Ms'T's juices" and there has been a ton of activity. I don't think we have found our snickerdoodle cookie yet. If I do..... I will be sure to send you a PM and I will let you buy a bottle for me in thanks;)

There have been some great suggestions and I just received my order from nicoticket today. Lightening fast I must add. It smells wonderful and I'm going to give it some soak time and see what I think. Things are looking up.

Best way to handle this is to contact your credit card company or bank and begin the process to reverse the charges. If everyone does it, she may just lose the ability to take credit cards

Folks, at this point, you are not getting your orders. She has updated her website with false information and is not communicating with you.. Do yourselves and your creditors a favor and start the process of getting your money back. Your bank/cc may require you to file a police report (probably won't though). But waiting any longer is not going to help you. It is fraud and it is illegal what she's done, but it may be months before law enforcement / law suit filings catch up with her.

The longer her website is online, the longer she can continue receiving orders and payments, the more people she is stealing from.

It's a long shot but if you contact her website hosting provider, they may take her site down.

Each time I visit that website I'm more disgusted and infuriated than I was the time before. Besides seeing the blatant lie about which orders have shipped, the thought of more people still unknowingly placing orders makes me feel nauseous.

How would one go about determining her website hosting provider?

Whois mstsbakery.com

But it may be more effective to find out who her credit card merchant supplier is.

Thanks, Pam... all the info listed on whois is outdated, still listing phone and address from Maine, but I don't know if that would make a difference...anyone?

I do like the idea about finding out who her cc merchant supplier is. Brandon (past employee) said last night that the potential onslaught of charge backs will be, or already is, a nightmare for her.

Order #38741
Order Date: 30th Sep 2013

This order is marked as Awaiting Shipment

Will be contacting my cc by end of this week. SMH Oh and if anyone has a lead on a Blackberry (not HHV) or a good Tangerine!

Your Order Contains:
1 x Blackberry Jelly
(Bottle Size: 6ml)
1 x Tangerine
(Bottle Size: 6ml)

For a great blackberry, go to Vaping Zone. I use the flavor concentrate at 2.5% and it is knock-your-socks-off good. It is definitely a jam/jelly flavor, and not a candy flavor. They offer a ready-to-vape version of the juice. I can't tell whether the extra flavor shot is necessary or not, as I don't know what percentage they mix it at. Probably a good idea if you opt for the 100% VG version.

They have a PG/VG version here - VZ USA Blackberry E-Liquid | E Juice - E Cig eGo, E juice, Mods, Cartomizers, Liquid Nicotine, DIY Flavorings

Here is the 100% VG version, if you prefer. - VZ USA VG Blackberry E-Liquid | E Juice - E Cig eGo, E juice, Mods, Cartomizers, Liquid Nicotine, DIY Flavorings

I filed a CHARGE-BACK with my credit card company last week and have now been refunded the $75 I paid to Ms T's Bakery.

So anyone who paid by credit card, I suggest you file a charge-back a.s.a.p.

Anyone know what happens if you file a chargeback then get the product in the mail?

I can't wait to see what sort of sob story she comes up with this time. If she evens bothers to come up with one. Probably will just take the money and run.

Jeseryn: I'm not sure what would happen. You could send her a check and say the funds won't be available for a month just so she knows what it feels like to have to wait for something. Or I suppose you could leave the package unopened and mark it "return to sender." That way she gets her product back (so you aren't liable for anything) and you get to spend your hard earned money at a vendor who respects their customers.

Well, if she asks you to pay for it, just tell her that her request is "Awaiting Fulfillment" and that you refuse to answer threatening emails asking where the payment is. Wait a month and email her that her payment is "Awaiting Shipment."
