Yep, I'm one of those waiting - close to $200 order been waiting fulfillment since Oct 4. Have tried but failed in getting any communication at all from her about what's going on with my order. Obviously I'm not a happy camper at all. I mostly deal exclusively with vendors affiliated with ECF and have always had great customer service from the vendors until this fiasco with Ms T. Myself and other customers in the same situation as me were keeping in touch and updating each other on order status via Ms T's sub forum on ECF up until this week when ECF closed Ms T's forum due to an "accounts payable" issue??? So we moved over to the General E-Liquid Discussion in order to continue to stay in touch and let other ECF members know about Ms T's lack of customer service. It appears she is still accepting orders on her website and making false updates about orders being shipped. Members need to be advised of this. Her website states orders are shipped within 4-8 business days. That is simply not true. Please don't delete my post as I'm just stating facts. I'm been an ECF member for a long time now and don't make a habit of bashing vendors for no reason. Ms T makes great juices but her customer service is slap lousy. I don't blame folks for being upset with her.I just went through and cleaned up a bunch of posts. Again, this thread is for those that are waiting for orders. Kinda reading between the lines, guess they didn't actually get shipped. Surely ur not insinuating she might actually post something on her website that's not exactly truthful lol.I think that it's lovely that she'll be creating and shipping some of the orders tomorrow that had already been created and shipped a few weeks ago.
5 weeks for my order and it's still awaiting shipment. (The status changed to Fulfilled on October 14th!

Is my calendar wrong? Just checked website and it says orders created and shipped on Nov 9. My calendar says Nov 8. Maybe that's what she's planning/hoping to do???

Me too, has anyone else's order status changed from awaiting shipment to shipped, and having the same issue with tracking?Thought we'd be seeing more posts about receipt of tracking numbers by now...?
After tracking package, it says pre-shipment only. Seemed strange to me so I looked at the info box and this is what it states:
"Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 8, 2013 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."
Given the track record here, this seems like another way of keeping the customers hopeful. I have never received a tracking number with pre-shipment status before. Anyone having this same issue?
I agree, I should not have been so optimistic about the status change. I think sellers can order shipping through usps but not actually ship the item. The optimistic side want to say it was ordered because its ready to ship out and just needs to bring it to the post office. The realistic side of me, based off of what has been going on tells me that this is just another way to buy time.
