I did it online and it was surprisingly easy and quick...after filling out the info, they confirmed my request via email and said an investigation would begin immediately. They got back to me in 36 hrs (also email) and said that they had credited my account and unless MsT resubmitted a charge in the next 45 days, the case will be considered closed.

I go to the mail box, and check my tracking number just in case, everyday still hopefully, but again no Ms.T's today. I know that people will say it's probably stupid to still hold out hope but I still do because I have not yet found another vendor I like yet. That being said I am trying and I was very happy to receive my order from sweet vapes today. 3 of them smell great, the cappuccino smells like alcohol really bad. I will probably try the other 3 today and will let anyone that is interested know how I like them on the alternatives page. I just wanted to let everyone know the mail came here really early today and no Ms.T's, and tracking hasn't moved:(

Ok I have a serious question now. Has anyone found a substitute for her Snickerdoodle cookie?? This flavor is one I have never found anyone with anything close!! My Wife loves her Butterscotch Caramel Cheesecake and I am having a hard time finding a substitute for that as well. Pisses me off how someone with such an awesome business could just throw it away like this. Saddens me and sickens me at the same time. I really do hope there is not a health emergency with her on anything, but I have lost all patience with her and will never place an order with her again. After almost 4 years as a customer of hers, I just feel terrible about this whole situation.

I have had this snickerdoodle before and it's pretty good. I don't recommend buying hardware from them though.

Same here, Erin...I'm sorry.

I don't think it's stupid of you to still hold out hope; even though I already filed a cc dispute, a part of me is still hoping MsT just ignores the bank, the way she is all of us, and eventually sends all the orders out anyway...I'd be happy to contact the cc to tell them to reinstate the charge.

That said, I'll never order from her again, no matter how much I loved the liquids...it's all so sad.

After several years of being a customer of hers I am disappointed that she'd treat her customers this poorly and have so little respect that she expects us to wait until she decides she has time for her business. Her snickerdoodle is great, but so is the DIY version. Also...there are other vendors that seem to actually want our business and are happy to treat their customers with consideration.

I also used a DC. I was just informed by my bank that there is nothing they can do since I authorized the transaction. I'm out >$100. The only thing I can do is hope I get something. :oops:

Another option I was thinking about: Since I paid for shipping cost, which is done through USPS, I wonder if there is a way to bring mail fraud charges. If this is possible it would be a federal offense. I might be upset about what is transpiring, but even I am leery about what it would mean for T if the situation is considered mail fraud.

Anyway, I've already called all the people I've turned on to her product and advised them not to purchase from her any time in the near future (if at all).

Hey CV.... There are many of us in the exact same boat. Someone was kind enough to open a thread for "Substitutes for Ms'T's juices" and there has been a ton of activity. I don't think we have found our snickerdoodle cookie yet. If I do..... I will be sure to send you a PM and I will let you buy a bottle for me in thanks;)

You don't have to use an alternative page. We are no longer posting in a MS T forum. Say whatever you want about any vendor here. It's all good!

Hello all my fellow ex- Ms T's customers:

I wanted to let you guys know that I called my debit card company yesterday to dispute my order charge, and I had no trouble whatsoever. They put the money back into my account within minutes after hanging up. I did hear something about possibly having to charge it back if need be, but I doubt there will be any communication from Ms T with them so I don't need to worry about that. Just wanted to post because I saw some people say they were having issues with this, but for me it seemed so easy. I use Chase Bank for my debit card. Perhaps my case was so simple because the amount of money wasn't big (it was an order for one large bottle)? But money is honestly so tight for me right now that even around 20 dollars is a big deal, especially since its actual money coming out of my bank, not credit. I'm really relieved and happy to have gotten it back.
As for my order, I doubt I will ever see it. I had an order that was placed weeks later than some of you (Oct 26th) and I know that didn't seem like time to start punching walls yet, but after reading everyone's posts of their experiences I knew right away I'd never see my order, so disputing sooner than later just seemed logical.
Another piece of good news is that after all of this mess, I've actually looked into local vendors and found a place that I can go buy juice at in person! Not only just buy it, but try it too (its a vapor lounge!). The flavors aren't the same as Ms T's, but it works. And on the bright side, no more waiting or shipping charges to deal with. It's a new beginning to my vaping road.

I wish you all the best of luck with your Ms T's related issues! RIP Ms T's Bakery :p

This is my thought for the day. I am going to say the only thing that makes sense to this. Maybe Ms T was driving her orders to the post office (as you all know the tracking numbers and labels are made at her place) and got into a bad accident? This is the only way I could see the problem that is going on right now. Because some of you said you received tracking numbers over a week ago but have not gotten your juice. This would be the only plausible explanation I could see.

My order was placed Oct. 16th using a gift certificate that a friend gave me for Mrs. T's. I doubt there is any way for my friend to recover what she paid for the gift cert. or the extra I added with a vanilla visa.

Mrs. T was full of the sob stories when she was my only juice supplier in 2010, but at least she got her juice out in a timely fashion then. What a shame to see so many lose money to her on this deal :(
