I filed my cc chargeback last night. I should have my $239 dollars back today. Ms T has 90 days to respond before the case is considered shut. After nearly 4 years of being a loyal customer I will never order from her again...EVER!
I did it online and it was surprisingly easy and quick...after filling out the info, they confirmed my request via email and said an investigation would begin immediately. They got back to me in 36 hrs (also email) and said that they had credited my account and unless MsT resubmitted a charge in the next 45 days, the case will be considered closed.
Ok I have a serious question now. Has anyone found a substitute for her Snickerdoodle cookie?? This flavor is one I have never found anyone with anything close!! My Wife loves her Butterscotch Caramel Cheesecake and I am having a hard time finding a substitute for that as well. Pisses me off how someone with such an awesome business could just throw it away like this. Saddens me and sickens me at the same time. I really do hope there is not a health emergency with her on anything, but I have lost all patience with her and will never place an order with her again. After almost 4 years as a customer of hers, I just feel terrible about this whole situation.

I go to the mail box, and check my tracking number just in case, everyday still hopefully, but again no Ms.T's today. I know that people will say it's probably stupid to still hold out hope but I still do because I have not yet found another vendor I like yet. That being said I am trying and I was very happy to receive my order from sweet vapes today. 3 of them smell great, the cappuccino smells like alcohol really bad. I will probably try the other 3 today and will let anyone that is interested know how I like them on the alternatives page. I just wanted to let everyone know the mail came here really early today and no Ms.T's, and tracking hasn't moved![]()
I filed my dispute today. Unfortunately I had used my debit card and it's a bit more complicated. Hopefully I'll get my money back. I agree with everyone though, this is inexcusable and I will never order from her again. After several years of being a customer of hers I am disappointed that she'd treat her customers this poorly and have so little respect that she expects us to wait until she decides she has time for her business. Her snickerdoodle is great, but so is the DIY version. Also...there are other vendors that seem to actually want our business and are happy to treat their customers with consideration.

I have had this snickerdoodle before and it's pretty good. I don't recommend buying hardware from them though.
