LOL grrrr. Is Mst a politician? If so, this would make a lot more sense and I would not be so hopeful.
After tracking package, it says pre-shipment only. Seemed strange to me so I looked at the info box and this is what it states:
"Electronic Shipping Info Received
After tracking package, it says pre-shipment only. Seemed strange to me so I looked at the info box and this is what it states:
"Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 8, 2013 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."
Given the track record here, this seems like another way of keeping the customers hopeful. I have never received a tracking number with pre-shipment status before. Anyone having this same issue?
I agree, I should not have been so optimistic about the status change. I think sellers can order shipping through usps but not actually ship the item. The optimistic side want to say it was ordered because its ready to ship out and just needs to bring it to the post office. The realistic side of me, based off of what has been going on tells me that this is just another way to buy time.
Me too, has anyone else's order status changed from awaiting shipment to shipped, and having the same issue with tracking?
Actually is you ever try the tracking number right after she sends the shipped notice it will say that, it can take a day to show that it's moving. That being said I have had the same message since Oct.16th, I am hoping to see it moving later tomorrow, fingers crossed.
What's so magical about tomorrow?
I sell used books through Amazon. The 'electronic info has been received' message means I printed a label. Nothing more. Not that I have even pulled the book off the shelf, let alone put it in a envelope or brought it to the post office. ONLY that I printed the shipping label.
It can take a day to show it's moving, because for example, I get an order tonight, put it in an envelope, print the shipping label, send you an email. You see this message on your tracking. I bring it to the post office tomorrow morning. NOW you see it 'moving' because the P.O. scans that they have received it.
If I never actually bring it to the P.O., you will continue to see 'electronic info received' message forever.

This message means they printed a shipping label through USPS website or stamps.com. It does not mean anything other than a label was printed. The date of tomorrow means that was the date that was entered for INTENDED date to ship. USPS requires that when a pre-printed label is used, that the date on it is the same as the day it is dropped off at post office, although they do make exceptions and will change the date by hand when you bring it in, but usually only if it's off by one day.
So you received a status change to "shipped" with tracking on the 16th and it still says pre-shipment when you check? As per Pamdis, they will make an exception, but not for 23 days after. Have you contacted the post office about this?Actually is you ever try the tracking number right after she sends the shipped notice it will say that, it can take a day to show that it's moving. No update on my order placed October 2nd. I did manage to get my hands on some juice. Someone recommended Nicotickets Custard's Last Stand.. It's pretty decent. Very vanilla and tastes a lot like Ms Ts Vanilla Custard but more pleasant.. no bite, no weird taste, and very smooth. It's rare I like a vanilla. I have creme brulee and altered state to try next. Not really a fruit fan but we'll see.
I wish I could find a peanut butter cookie that's good. Also a really nice sweet waffle that doesn't taste like celery. Any ideas?
Pamdis, thank you. This is basically what I gathered from the info from usps and online but good to have clarification from experience. Also, how many exceptions can they make and would you say this is at all a good sign or is it just buying time?

Matt,While I have been following this thread on pure curiosity it is amazing that so many of you are still so optimistic. It is obvious to an outsider that mrs. T is a criminal. She has and continues to accept order payments and continues to not ship anything. That is a crime! If she is dead then it is slightly more understandable what is going on but to blatantly ignore the people who have made and supported your business is terrible. If order statuses are changing then she is not dead or someone in her life is helping out. If it is the latter then they need to let everyone who is in limbo know what is going on.
Hard to understand all of this really. I hope you all get your liquids and or money back.
Matt,
I think the reason some folks are still holding out hope that they will get their orders is because Ms T has a history of being slow and just completing orders whenever she takes a notion to. Evidently she thinks nothing of closing up shop for weeks at a time with no progress at all being made on pending orders - but in the past she has always come thru eventually. This isn't the first time but it is the worst time - no communication, posting false order updates on her website, etc. I always knew she was slow so I worked around that by ordering well in advance of running out. To me her juices were worth the inconvenience of her poor customer service. Also, I am hesitant to begin the frustrating and expensive process of finding a new ADV. I hate the thought of ordering juice from another vendor, not liking it, ordering from another vendor, not liking it and on and on... For these reasons I too have put off disputing the charge with my cc company. I'm allowed 60 days to dispute a charge and I'll prolly wait as long as I can. Maybe I'm a fool??? I do think that even if Ms T pulls off another last minute rally and gets the orders out she has done irreparable damage to her business this time. Many folks have just moved on, filing cc disputes, finding other vendors & venturing into DIY. Not only has she damaged her own business, I think she has harmed other vendors affiliated with ECF. In the past I felt confident when ordering from vendors affiliated with ECF. It's buyer beware now!!! Think I'm headed in the DIY direction also. Don't like this helpless feeling of being at the mercy of folks like Ms T.
