After tracking package, it says pre-shipment only. Seemed strange to me so I looked at the info box and this is what it states:
"Electronic Shipping Info Received

This message means they printed a shipping label through USPS website or stamps.com. It does not mean anything other than a label was printed. The date of tomorrow means that was the date that was entered for INTENDED date to ship. USPS requires that when a pre-printed label is used, that the date on it is the same as the day it is dropped off at post office, although they do make exceptions and will change the date by hand when you bring it in, but usually only if it's off by one day.

Actually is you ever try the tracking number right after she sends the shipped notice it will say that, it can take a day to show that it's moving. That being said I have had the same message since Oct.16th, I am hoping to see it moving later tomorrow, fingers crossed.

After tracking package, it says pre-shipment only. Seemed strange to me so I looked at the info box and this is what it states:
"Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 8, 2013 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."

Given the track record here, this seems like another way of keeping the customers hopeful. I have never received a tracking number with pre-shipment status before. Anyone having this same issue?

I agree, I should not have been so optimistic about the status change. I think sellers can order shipping through usps but not actually ship the item. The optimistic side want to say it was ordered because its ready to ship out and just needs to bring it to the post office. The realistic side of me, based off of what has been going on tells me that this is just another way to buy time.

Me too, has anyone else's order status changed from awaiting shipment to shipped, and having the same issue with tracking?

What's so magical about tomorrow? :)

I sell used books through Amazon. The 'electronic info has been received' message means I printed a label. Nothing more. Not that I have even pulled the book off the shelf, let alone put it in a envelope or brought it to the post office. ONLY that I printed the shipping label.

It can take a day to show it's moving, because for example, I get an order tonight, put it in an envelope, print the shipping label, send you an email. You see this message on your tracking. I bring it to the post office tomorrow morning. NOW you see it 'moving' because the P.O. scans that they have received it.

If I never actually bring it to the P.O., you will continue to see 'electronic info received' message forever.

That said, you could actually receive the item in your mailbox with the message never changing from 'electronic info received', if I printed the label with a tracking number, but didn't actually pay for tracking when I dropped it off. Or even if I did pay for tracking, since the P.O. changed their tracking system in Jan this year, and it's all messed up.

But for weeks on end with no delivery? That has to mean a label was printed, but nothing was actually shipped.

Tomorrow is the day she says she going to ship so we will see is it's a magical day or not. I know she only printed my shipping label because it has not done anything for 3 weeks. I was just saying from past orders with her I don't see any movement for a least half a day after she says it shipped, I have never tracked it and only seen package received, that is just my experience, I don't know about others.

Pamdis, thank you. This is basically what I gathered from the info from usps and online but good to have clarification from experience. Also, how many exceptions can they make and would you say this is at all a good sign or is it just buying time?

So you received a status change to "shipped" with tracking on the 16th and it still says pre-shipment when you check? As per Pamdis, they will make an exception, but not for 23 days after. Have you contacted the post office about this?

No update on my order placed October 2nd. I did manage to get my hands on some juice. Someone recommended Nicotickets Custard's Last Stand.. It's pretty decent. Very vanilla and tastes a lot like Ms Ts Vanilla Custard but more pleasant.. no bite, no weird taste, and very smooth. It's rare I like a vanilla. I have creme brulee and altered state to try next. Not really a fruit fan but we'll see.

I wish I could find a peanut butter cookie that's good. Also a really nice sweet waffle that doesn't taste like celery. Any ideas?

PB Nomnoms (pb cookie) from The Vapor Chef is really good. His Shmuffer Shmutter (pb, banana, and marshmallow) is even better. I have some PB Cream Pie from The Plume Room steeping now. Smells incredible! :)

yes, I received my tracking number on Oct.16th and it has not changed since then, and I did receive the shipped email at the same time. As of this morning it still says Electronic Info received and that is all.

While I have been following this thread on pure curiosity it is amazing that so many of you are still so optimistic. It is obvious to an outsider that mrs. T is a criminal. She has and continues to accept order payments and continues to not ship anything. That is a crime! If she is dead then it is slightly more understandable what is going on but to blatantly ignore the people who have made and supported your business is terrible. If order statuses are changing then she is not dead or someone in her life is helping out. If it is the latter then they need to let everyone who is in limbo know what is going on.

Hard to understand all of this really. I hope you all get your liquids and or money back.

Matt,
I think the reason some folks are still holding out hope that they will get their orders is because Ms T has a history of being slow and just completing orders whenever she takes a notion to. Evidently she thinks nothing of closing up shop for weeks at a time with no progress at all being made on pending orders - but in the past she has always come thru eventually. This isn't the first time but it is the worst time - no communication, posting false order updates on her website, etc. I always knew she was slow so I worked around that by ordering well in advance of running out. To me her juices were worth the inconvenience of her poor customer service. Also, I am hesitant to begin the frustrating and expensive process of finding a new ADV. I hate the thought of ordering juice from another vendor, not liking it, ordering from another vendor, not liking it and on and on... For these reasons I too have put off disputing the charge with my cc company. I'm allowed 60 days to dispute a charge and I'll prolly wait as long as I can. Maybe I'm a fool??? I do think that even if Ms T pulls off another last minute rally and gets the orders out she has done irreparable damage to her business this time. Many folks have just moved on, filing cc disputes, finding other vendors & venturing into DIY. Not only has she damaged her own business, I think she has harmed other vendors affiliated with ECF. In the past I felt confident when ordering from vendors affiliated with ECF. It's buyer beware now!!! Think I'm headed in the DIY direction also. Don't like this helpless feeling of being at the mercy of folks like Ms T.

Smitty,
I can certainly understand the holding out process so many of you are going through. And as I said in my first post, I really hope that all of you have a good outcome to this.
I just looked at her site and the biggest thing that stuck with me is she says " stop sending me threatening emails " or similar wording. Well, ship the people the product they paid for a month ago or longer and the threatening emails would stop. She also said she had to do motherly chores, there are tens of thousands of mothers out there that have their own business and also raise kids. She shouldn't use her kids as a excuse. Type up a paragraph and post it to the site or respond here at ECF with a brief explanation. If I were a loyal customer of hers I would accept that like most of you.
For all we know she took 100 orders on average of $40-$50 and went on a Alaskan cruise all the while saying....eh, they will wait for their liquids...they always do.
Screw that noise. She appears to be a person who does not care about CS or her loyal following in the least bit. Just about the money. That is the portrait she paints for me. I have never tried her liquids ( even though I was recommended her black licorice in a classified deal ) and I never will. Too much risk of anxiety she puts upon her customers.
As I said, hopefully this will all have a good outcome for her customers but she doesn't deserve to have a good business recovery due to her own actions.

Smitty, You have it stated perfectly!!!! For a quick second I felt a bit better when we heard that MSRN received an email from Ms T saying she was okay and was filling and shipping orders. Now that I think of it, I'm not so sure. Makes me wonder if someone else is sending communication for her?? How can she even think that a single email to one customer saying all is well, is enough of an explanation for everyone to just forgive and continue sending in their orders????

I will not believe a single word from Ms T's camp until I see activity from USPS. Things need to start moving NOW!!!

Oh yes, I forgot, Ms T is closed on weekends. Guess I have to give her until Tuesday now because Monday is a holiday. My guess is this is another carefully placed carrot to keep those orders coming and hopefully discourage anyone else from filing a cc dispute. I'm mad at myself for even allowing myself to have a spark of hope when it comes to this mess getting resolved.

I also understand your feelings regarding ECF. It would have been nice if we had seen some kind of activity on their part to protect and support their members. It does state that they carefully monitor their vendors regarding customer support. It's been known for a good while that there has been NO customer support from Ms T. The action they took was removing her forum when they didn't get their fees on time. I will likely get this post removed but I feel I have to speak my mind. I too have always felt better about ordering from vendors who were endorsed by ECF and your thought of buyer be ware is not lost on me.

This is all just so sad and so unnecessary.:(

I'm also not a customer of Mrs. T's and I have also watched this thread and another out of curiosity as there was a time when I thought I would give her a shot, but after seen everything that you all have and are enduring is frankly amazing, I have a vendor that I am extremely happy with and when they were out of stock on items and kept people informed it truly confounded me why people kept blasting them like they were ripping them off and ignoring request for information. Despite the fact that the vendor kept them updated they turned real nasty.

In any case I fail to see how the lack of support, communication etc, can or has in anyway damaged other vendors affiliated with ECF as they are totally separate entities and if people are so inclined as to take that type of a stance, this says more to their character then it does to any vendors. Any market is a Buyer beware market, some much more so then others.

While I do understand the frustration you all are going through, it does make sense regardless of the vendor to always have a backup plan in place, yes it can be a daunting task to find a vendor that has a particular juice that you have as favorites, but as the old saying goes, "Don't put all you're eggs in one basket"

Despite the fact that I have one vendor I get 95% of my juice from I have made sure I can do some DIY which I happen to enjoy but can be a bit time consuming and testing to get things to your liking, but there are a few other vendors that are fall backs.

I wish you all good luck and sincerely hope all your orders get filled, but I would really suggest that you seek a more stable vendor for at least a backup as this one does not seem to appreciate her customers and leaves you all out in the cold, it's really a shame to see this as she apparently doesn't see nor care that you all have been extremely and over the top with your loyalty, she is lucky to have had you all as customers, other vendors would kill to have customers such as this bunch.

Smitty & Bullymom, You said exactly how I feel (though you were much more tactful than I am at the moment...anger and helplessness tends to make me a bit snarky)...except that I attempted to file a dispute. I am most likely going to be at her mercy for my money (or my juice...haha) because I used a debit card. Lesson learned...I will NEVER do that again. I knew when I started ordering from Ms T that she was slow..and I always ordered with that in mind. It didn't bother me as long as I saw updates, saw that people were getting their juice, etc. I have 4 kids myself and life can be crazy so I think I've always been pretty understanding that filling all of these orders would take time. BUT...my last order was an excessive amount of time and when it changed from "awaiting fulfillment" to "awaiting shipment" it still sat there for over a week before shipping. In retrospect I should have taken more notice of that but I just thought it was a one time thing...I got my juice and everything continued on. Now..I've been waiting over 5 weeks this time. When her forum was deleted for nonpayment that really made me worried. The "updates" she posts are bogus, and the email sent to one customer...eh, I want to see one for myself because at this point I don't believe that either. She has all our email addys so if she really wanted to contact us she would have. I'll believe my juice is shipped when I have it in my hands. She posted an update (OK...and I have to point out again that it was a predated update that was for the same orders that supposedly were made and shipped a few weeks ago with the last update) with no explanation..not even a lame excuse. Just assuming that we're all fine with her taking our money and getting around to making juice for us when it's convenient. I spent a tremendous amount with her over the years and I feel like she thinks she's doing us a favor by filling our orders. I will never come back to her after this. I do not like feeling at her mercy and without recourse. The only thing that I can do is take my business elsewhere, stop recommending her to people, and give honest reviews about her service. I still love her snickerdoodle, but that's not worth the price and the aggravation.

I also feel a bit less secure about vendors in general now. I always had such good luck with the vendors I found here but now...eh, I guess any of them could just decide to go on vacation with our money if they please. I will definitely be more cautious in the future. As for ECF...I understand what they did, and I do appreciate that they let us have this thread. I was uncomfortable when they deleted a bunch of posts from people that do have outstanding orders. I'm not sure what the posts all had said though I had read them all and didn't really see anything that was way out there. Perhaps I am stirring the pot a bit...but this is really the only place I can talk about this with people that understand and darn it...I'm mad!!!!

Maybe she had a medical emergency.....she or one of the kid's is ill? Hope this gets resolved soon......

It's possible but 5 weeks without filling any orders is pretty excessive. Also...she had time to post bogus updates so I'm pretty sure that instead of that she could have posted some kind of explanation...even a lame excuse is better than lying and making people thing their juice is on the way...that tends to annoy rather than soothe people.
