wow that is really upsetting, I have written 3 or 4 emails, called 3 times, someone else emailed for me and no one has answered me. Now I see that someone is actually reading the emails but just not responding how inconsiderate. This tells me they just do not care that they never sent me my order. I have been a loyal customer for a couple years now. Ordering from $120 to more very single month, I have been nice and respectful through this entire thing with my missing order but I feel like I just got slapped in the face, to hear someone has actually gotten an email back WOW, that's all I can say.

I was thinking about doing that except from everything I've heard it's near impossible to get a charge back with a debit card. I did however send her an email last Sunday and to my surprise I got a reply yesterday. Just the usual we are doing our best line of bs but still surprised I got even that. And it was written by someone else and it did say we are working hard to catch up so maybe she finally has someone helping her. None the less I will probably try and get a charge back anyhow.
