wow that is really upsetting, I have written 3 or 4 emails, called 3 times, someone else emailed for me and no one has answered me. Now I see that someone is actually reading the emails but just not responding how inconsiderate. This tells me they just do not care that they never sent me my order. I have been a loyal customer for a couple years now. Ordering from $120 to more very single month, I have been nice and respectful through this entire thing with my missing order but I feel like I just got slapped in the face, to hear someone has actually gotten an email back WOW, that's all I can say.

email was sent on Nov.12th so if you sent one a week ago sunday then that was way after my first email.


I was thinking about doing that except from everything I've heard it's near impossible to get a charge back with a debit card. I did however send her an email last Sunday and to my surprise I got a reply yesterday. Just the usual we are doing our best line of bs but still surprised I got even that. And it was written by someone else and it did say we are working hard to catch up so maybe she finally has someone helping her. None the less I will probably try and get a charge back anyhow.

Ok it has now been 44 days and I am still in awaiting fulfillment status.

I ordered by debit card so there are no charge backs available for me :evil: (I am kicking myself) so I have done the math on this just to get some perspective as to when I can even start to begin looking for my order to ship.

On 11/11/13 she shipped through order #38829
On 11/15/13 she shipped through order #38900
On 11/25/13 (last update per website) she shipped through order #39020
That totals 191 orders shipped from 11/11 to 11/25 which was 11 days excluding weekends (which she should be utilizing to do some catch up but obviously is not). The math says she is only filling 17 orders per day. My order number is 39379, that means there are 359 orders ahead of mine waiting to be shipped which leaves me 22 business days before mine will be shipped. I'm sure she did not fill orders on Thanksgiving and will not on Christmas Eve or Christmas day so I am looking at a ship date based on calculations from numbers above of 12/30/13 excluding those holidays and weekends.......WOW! I am looking at order, fulfillment and shipment taking 71 days! This is absolutely ridiculous and no juice is worth this kind of wait! What makes me even angrier is that she is STILL ACCEPTING ORDERS and showing wait times of 10-18 days....that is WAY OFF! This has to be criminal, it stinks of fraud. I am now seething I could have used that money to order from somewhere else and already had my juice by now, probably could have ordered several times. Sorry I am ranting now but I am not a person of great financial means and I budget juice money closely...I have some juices that I purchased that I didn't really care for but refused to throw away so I would have something in a pinch but now I am longing for something that I actually like and hate to spend money on juice from elsewhere for the same flavors when I have these orders still out there waiting...............this just burns me up! I am going to break down and order from another vendor but I would love to give her a piece of my mind right now! How dare she be so inconsiderate, I know I am not the only person in this same situation and I feel it for all of us!
If you want a real laugh which i have to do at this point or ill cry click on contact us on her site and it says processing time before shipping is 3 to 6 days lol

heres a real scarey thought im reading most of us have 100 dollors with at least being 700 behind that could reach a crazy amount of 70,000 dollors bank robbers dont even get that kinda money with that kind of money taken theres a real problem here a seriously real bad problem.

Erin thats really sad im very upset and this is only my 2nd order from her and of course my last but to treat a loyal customer like you the way she is doing whould have me outraged i hope you get your order soon

Thank you, I really hate to keep complaining but when I saw someone had contacted a customer and they will not respond to me that just really mad me mad.
I wish I would have had a back up vendor this entire time because now I am struggling to find one before I run out of juice. I have tried nicoticket's custard and I like it, I really wish I would have seen the cinnamon roll before I checked out I may have to go back and order it.

Erin thats really sad im very upset and this is only my 2nd order from her and of course my last but to treat a loyal customer like you the way she is doing whould have me outraged i hope you get your order soon

There have been multiple confirmed incidents in the year + that I've belonged to ECf..most notably the mess with Alien Visions..not due to the vendors but probably the processing companies, as a lot of the major ones don't deal with vaping companies or something. A credit card is probably protected, a debit card is probably not, but it's prudent to use a more secure solution, and many people have found that out the hard way.

I have been ordering online for years with my regular credit card and since I started vaping and have ordered from vendors, my bank credit card was hacked and someone charged a trip to Vegas for $1200. My credit card company caught it right away and called me, Thank God!! Problem with that was I had to cancel my card and get a new one. It was a PITA to have to change my CC with all the different merchants we use, but at least no damage was done.

After I started using my Vanilla prepaid card, it too was charged $1 from some bogus site trying to gain approval. That too was caught and the dollar charge never went through. I buy my cards and never put more than $100 on them so if by chance it's hacked the amount lost is not a huge amount. I always save my receipts when I purchase them just in case.

Both incidents happened via e cig vendors and I've seen many other cases reported here on ecf. I feel much safer using the prepaid cards.

My CC has also been hacked several times and I only use that particular card for ordering juice and ecig supplies. Last time was just a couple of weeks ago when my CC # was used by someone in China to attempt a $300 purchase. My bank caught it and called me so no damage was done other than having to wait a week or so to get another CC in the mail. I'd definitely not use a debit card cause that's giving them direct access to your checking account. Never have been burned using a credit card though.

This last time, I got an email from the cc company saying a merchant had contacted them telling them something had happened that put my card at risk, that was right after I ordered some juice to try from a new company, just another reason why it sucks to have to look for a new vendor for any reason:(

One time there were 5 charges to fed ex totaling about $700, I laughed because what the heck could I be shipping that cost that much.

This thread just goes to show how much of a following ms t once had. I hate assumings things without knowing facts, but, at this point, I would have to guess she's just going as long as she can before she gets shut down for good. Either that, or she's bedridden in the hospital and knows nothing about this. ( doubtful however )

Depending how many orders she's had, she could hit 6 figures in no time. Brutal.


It's a real shame to see it get to this point.

I use juciy vapes which has one of the largest selections out there and is just as good as ms ts the only reason i ordered again from her is for blueberry pancakes . im paying a high price of aggravation for likin blueberry pancakes lol . juciy vapes has over 600 flavors has snikerdoodle and a create your own selection. i place a order there friday because i can see this ms ts sitution is way out of control and im reciving my order today 12-4 was mailed 1st class thats only 3 bussiness days hows that for service the most i ever waited there for processing is 3 days which only happened once if i place my order in the morning its processed and shipped the next day i recive my order in 4 bussines days including the day i ordered it.

what happen to me is like what happened to you they used my card to open a shipping account which they were shipping out fraudulant casher checks which they were draining peoples accounts with. they use your credit card to open the shipping account because its opened in your name and if the checks and intercepted by the police it comes back to you and you could get arrested for mail fraud . the best thing to use is the one vanilla only put on it what your gonna use that day and thats it no name goes on the one vanilla card only your postal code.

I'm so sorry that you have gone through so much crap just to get any kind of an answer on your situation and you have just been completely blown off. I almost feel bad for the fact that I got a reply. The surprise was that I actually got any kind of response. What didn't surprise me was that the response I got completely ignored answering the questions I had asked in the email!

Yay i see this as good news i have all my documents ready to send for my charge back( which took me 3 days to get) but since i see this post i will not send them and wait for my order . the last thing i try not to do is spread any negitivty on e-cigs because theres no way i can ever put in words on how much i enjoy them. they filled many gaps for me from me breathing 10 times better now i dont smoke cigerettes, and how i never get bored with them from always tryin new flavors and most of all i use it as a hobby i have many hobbys but i enjoy this one the most im well skilled in building mods im always tryin new things from bottoms and tops and love engaging in convos about them. i visit vape lounges daily and always quick to defend the e-cig against people spreading negitivity about them that really have no idea what there saying i do this on a daily basis because i go out alot and when people who know me (that i smoked 2 n a half packs a day)ask me do they work and do u still smoke cigs i say with a very proud smile yes they do work and NOOOOOO!!!! i dont smoke cigs and dont even think about them .
