Yay i see this as good news i have all my documents ready to send for my charge back( which took me 3 days to get) but since i see this post i will not send them and wait for my order . the last thing i try not to do is spread any negitivty on e-cigs because theres no way i can ever put in words on how much i enjoy them. they filled many gaps for me from me breathing 10 times better now i dont smoke cigerettes, and how i never get bored with them from always tryin new flavors and most of all i use it as a hobby i have many hobbys but i enjoy this one the most im well skilled in building mods im always tryin new things from bottoms and tops and love engaging in convos about them. i visit vape lounges daily and always quick to defend the e-cig against people spreading negitivity about them that really have no idea what there saying i do this on a daily basis because i go out alot and when people who know me (that i smoked 2 n a half packs a day)ask me do they work and do u still smoke cigs i say with a very proud smile yes they do work and NOOOOOO!!!! i dont smoke cigs and dont even think about them .
If youre so happy and proud of the vape lifestyle, then I kinda feel like spreading truths isn't spreading negativity in regards to ecigs.ms t is giving so many new possible vapers a terrible impression of the vaping community.
People condoning her behaviour simply because they got their juice 6 weeks after she has your money, is feeding the notion of this being ok. Its not about negative notions, its about truths. The last thing I'd want is a new vaper to order from her.

I use juciy vapes which has one of the largest selections out there and is just as good as ms ts the only reason i ordered again from her is for blueberry pancakes . im paying a high price of aggravation for likin blueberry pancakes lol . juciy vapes has over 600 flavors has snikerdoodle and a create your own selection. i place a order there friday because i can see this ms ts sitution is way out of control and im reciving my order today 12-4 was mailed 1st class thats only 3 bussiness days hows that for service the most i ever waited there for processing is 3 days which only happened once if i place my order in the morning its processed and shipped the next day i recive my order in 4 bussines days including the day i ordered it.

You could try sweet Vapes blueberry pancakes. I ordered it, but haven't tried it yet. I'll let u know...after its finished steeping. Never tried Ms Ts, so it's not like I could give you a comparison.

OK Wow....after my ranting yesterday, I get an email this morning that my order status has changed. I hope this is not another ruse, a lie intended to make people happy, I truly hope that my order is that close to shipping. Maybe she did use some Holiday time to catch up orders, I can hope. I know that I will not order from her again in the future but I'm hopeful now that I will get my order before Christmas, guess all I can do now is watch and wait. :unsure:

I got an update last night also:

The status of order #39264 is now Awaiting Shipment
Date Placed: 17th Oct 2013

Only took six and half weeks... Yeah, not anywhere close to 10 to 18 business days. But at least orders are moving. I hope everyone gets what they paid for (in advance!) from Ms. T's.

I ordered snickerdoodle cookie from Nicoticket yesterday and it's already shipped. I'm pleased with what I've ordered from Nicoticket so far, so I'm hopeful that this flavor will be just as good as Ms. T's. Their customer service and shipping times are astoundingly good!

I did get my order placed on Oct 3 on November 21. Things are moving but slowly.

a few people have said they have got their orders, even ones who have received a chargeback as well. she is sending them out, just extremely slowly, as per her normal business practices :)

You will most likely get your order (eventually) , unless it falls through the cracks like it did with Erin.

Not to sound like I am defending Ms T at all.........but Erin is the first one I have EVER seen get screwed on an order from Ms T. I am very sorry that happened to Erin, but lets be honest, it is very unlikely anyone else will not receive their orders. It is just taking her forever to get them out. It looks to me like she is finally starting to make a little headway on catching up. I believe it is too little too late, but it does not change the fact that her backlog does seem to be shrinking. Of course her customer base is shrinking as well so it should be easier to catch up!!! LOL

Ayup. The delays aren't the crucial problem. The mistakes aren't even the crucial problem. It's the combination of the delays, the mistakes, and the lack of communication that pushes Ms T's behavior into unambiguously indefensible territory. Add a pinch of misleading website updates and you have a perfect recipe for how not to run a business.

And on the subject of misleading updates:

That doesn't necessarily mean that the package is ready to be shipped. Per Ms T's website, "Awaiting Shipping" simply means that "... your order has entered the group that is being created." Your package might be shipped soon, but it also might not. As I recall, we had a number of people earlier in the thread who got their hopes up prematurely as a result of the Awaiting Shipment update.

I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt so I have nothing bad to say. I will more than likely order from her again when she catches up. I like her juice so what can I say? I do feel bad for Erin. I keep tons of juice on hand so I can afford to deal with the wait. I am very happy my order is on the way.

If you enjoy her juice and don't mind the wait, power to you. I feel everyone should vape juice they love.
However, it seems like for 6+ months catching up is all ms t cares to do. Its just quite disgusting what she does to her customers, in a customer driven business. Think when's the last time you paid for something and didn't get it for 6 weeks. (Not meaning you SITS, just a semi-rhetorical question in general )

I was just stating my honest opinion, that's all. Yes I have given that thought, that is why I said "I HAVE NOT SEEN" in other words ME MYSELF AND I. Obviously, that does not mean everyone in the known universe.
