lol, You guys crack me up. I'm a 67 YO fat guy from Ohio that likes her Chocolate Coconut and her Coffee with Irish Cream....period. I also like a couple of Halo juices and will live peacefully if MsT goes belly up. I just use 3 times her juice as I do the Halo juice. I spent my 1st year trying at least 100 different juices and the last month and a half trying to find a suitable replacement for her 2 products. It hasn't happened. It just cost me more cash. Some pf the juices I tried were pretty good, some were spit worthy and some were just tolerable and looking back I've spent an additional $150 to no avail.

I agree with most of you that she is terrible at running a business and correspondence. She always has been so what is different other than extra waiting time. I waited 6 weeks once last year, this order will take about 8-9 weeks.

Taste is a subjective thing whether it's juice or food. I can go to MacDonalds and get a burger fast(most of the time) or I can go to a local diner and get one slow at twice the cost. Guess where I chooe to go?

lol ... you sound like a relative ... or MsT herself, doing damage control ;)

Since I own a forum that uses the same software as here I can tell you that the mods can cross check the IP addy and would most likely know if ezmarc was MsT.
Not to mention posting/writing style would be the same.

That being said if it makes some happy to deal with her company however shoddy her business practices are... Who does it harm?
Yes, it seems odd to me that anyone would risk doing business with someone who has all of these problems...
But some people like to defend the "underdog". Even if that person is the underdog due to their own actions. Or they just like to say things the opposite of others to piss people off.

Whatever the reason .. it does not affect our lives in any way. Vape and be happy!!!!

The waiting is not the big issue for me. Sure we all want our juice as soon as possible but I always kept well stocked and even I ran out of my ADV this time.
Things this time were a little different than before I think. Last year when she was down for a while she kept people informed, I think that is the BIG difference here. The fact that there is no information being given, no response back to people that have tried, this is what really upset me. Also she shut down her site last year to get caught up, that has not happened either. I am glad to see she has orders going out now and really hope that continues but I believe people have a right to be angry because they did not know what was going on for so long. I was also purchasing from her last year and people were not this upset, there was not a 65 page thread about it lol.
I think that if you want to keep ordering from her that is your business, she is a great juice maker IMO and I too have had a really hard time finding a juice I like as well. I would say if you order it might be in your best interest to use a credit card, I saw some people were told they only had 60 days but mastercard refunded me well after that point, just a suggestion:)

I have met some really great people through this, so that's one good thing. One person is actually sending me a bottle of Nicoticket's Cinnamon danish to try, not sure if they want me to mention their name but a HUGE thank you to them, and I contacted gourmet vapor to ask about their many many coffee's and they sent me 5 10ml bottles to try for free!

First off, the BBB is a private business. You know what they do? They take consumer reviews and let other consumers read them if they contact the BBB themselves. I have never, nor will I ever, nor have I ever known anybody to contact BBB before placing a juice order or any other retail order. They're useless.

Second, here is a copy of the "orders shipped" image as of right now, notice the date has automatically updated to the current date. I am noting that I believe yesterday, the number was at 39499 (or a few lower).

Third, I have a new theory. Unless somebody here actually knows Mrs. T. and can go to her house for verification.....I believe she may have died. Looks at the facts, she quit responding to ALL email some months ago. This explains why her ECF upkeep has lapsed, it explains why her customer service went to poop. I think her relatives are keeping the business going for the income with her recipes and can't get to her email to respond to email. It explains why her website may finally go down once she is unable to respond to the email renewal, unless it is on automatic payment. If this is the case, I'm sure the public would love the truth and would keep loyalty to the company knowing they are using the same recipes she developed. But unless we hear otherwise, this is all we have to go on.

Bovinia, Glad you finally got it.

Glad you aren't going to be sending her anymore of your hard earned dollars too.

I use Tasty Vapor and Kick Bass Vapor.

Have not been disappointed in any of their flavors or their CS.

Kick Bass has an amazing Gooey Better Cake and Hummingbird Nectar.

Tasty Vapor has a wonderful Ultimate Vanilla and Butter Rum.

Both of these vendors get your order out usually the following day and it takes 3 days to reach me.

Anytime I email them, I get a response within a day and they both really work hard to make their customers happy.

I saw a couple of Youtube reviews where people put Ms T's Snickerdoodle cookie up against Kick Bass and thought Kick Bass had the better product.

Well they don't offer that flavor anymore so I emailed them and asked if they would consider making it again.

They said that the only reason they quit making it is because one of the vendors they use for flavorings changed something in it and they didn't feel like it measured up to their standards.

He did tell me that he would do some checking and if he could find an alternative for the flavoring they used to get, they would offer it again.

I am hoping that happens because I would love to try it.

Again, so sorry for all the frustration you guys have gone thru, what this woman has done to you borders on fraud in my book.

Cindy

+1 on Kick Bass Vapor. Been with them for over 2 years and their sugar cookie tastes exactly like a warm snickerdoodle right out of the oven.

Which ***** *****? Theres two in the google search...

*stupid...* which [moderated]?

I used to order from [moderated], but their prices were high and they advertised their standard 30ml bottles as 33 ml. Then one day I googled their name and found out what happened and why ECF blocked their name. Not going to be buying their product any time soon....

has she ever explained WHY there's a 2 month delay on her juices?

mine finally shipped. ordered oct 25th

Nope. It's highly doubtful she ever will. She's had zero communication with her customers, via email, phone attempts ect, and has lost her supplier status on the forums here.

what a shame. it seems to me that the vaper community is usually a patient group...we will wait 3/4 of a year for the right mod and a month for the right juice....as long as there is communication and interaction. hard to justify buying again from someone with higher prices, long lead times, and no respect for the customer base.

Unless someone in her family is an extremely accomplished forger, she's most certainly not dead. I've been ordering from her for 3 1/2 years and know her handwriting well...the "note" written in my final order was definitely written by her.

If I had a time consuming business like this, I would gladly pay my college kids money to write my notes for me, from the start. Jus' saying...
