Now I have to buy some just so I can say that phrase...
Her Site still says Dec 20 was the last ship date. Amazing that she is probably not going to ship anymore product until next year. I do not think she sold the business, anyone else would be working their tales off to catch up and would be more forthcoming with information. She has just ran out of a couple ingredients and it substituting something else. With her behavior lately, I doubt keeping her customers happy is anywhere near the top of her list. Anyway, I just think it is REALLY scummy to take off 2 weeks for the holidays and AGAIN keep the website open taking orders. Maybe she is creating orders, but it does not look like it. She is scum to me at this point. I would not feel comfortable ordering anything from her and I think she gives the e juice market a bad name!!

CV, you make a good point and I agree that a new owner would be working hard at damage control and it's painfully apparent that whoever is at the wheel doesn't give a Tinkers damn about fixing the problems or providing any kind of customer service.
Good post May and I am one who agrees that my last order of SDC is no where as good as it used to be. Also, appreciate the tip about The Plume Room's flavor. I'm putting it on my list of flavors to try.

My Nov 4 order #39681 is supposedly shipped and I have about 20ml left of my ADV Choc/Coconut so my order timing was about right (I always expect delays from MsT) but closer than I had planned. If it tastes the same I'll reorder and be prepared for a long wait again. If not I'm done searching and will settle for my original ADV from Halo and be content. There is a lot of venom in some of these posts but really I don't see much difference in the way it's always been with her except now we don't have Brandon as a Spin Doctor.
By doing that, all you're saying (to her) is that what she's doing is ok.
You can do as you like. I am indeed used to a wait, sometimes as much as 4 weeks, but never more than 8. If she didn't continue to post false lead times it might make a lot of people less upset, My friend who ordered a few weeks ago had no idea of any of this and really thought she could get her items in the time stated as Christmas gifts. You think her stuff is good enough to be treated like crap for, and that's your prerogative but others would prefer to be treated like valued customers with some honesty and maybe respect. It's a shame for people who don't check these forums and have no clue. I wouldn't buy from her again if she cloaked the bottles in 18 kt gold. I feel dirty for supporting someone as totally unethical.
There is a big difference between a 2-3 week wait and a 6-7 week wait. This is the worst most of us have had to deal with in the several years we've been loyal customers. Some of us have hit the wall and are not willing to continue our loyal ways...especially if the product quality has changed.
For those who wish to continue, I wish you all the patience in the world. I really do hope the business takes a turn for the better.

Yep, I agree 100%. I was a loyal customer for 4 years and I am done. Found some great juices at other vendors that actually care about their customers. I am done with Ms T's. However, for those of you that continue to order from her, I wish nothing but the best. I hope with the loss of so many customers her lead times come down a little bit. Of course if the quality of her juice (or the taste) has took a turn for the worse, I do not see how anyone would want to continue being slapped in the face by this woman.

Just popping in to read the updates. I see that some of you have gotten your orders albeit with a very long delay. But now it seems that the liquids do not taste like they use to?

I'm not sure if you all saw this on this forum but Ms T had commented on the "changes" and apparently she's talking about Quality Control and indirectly addressing inconsistencies some people are finding with her liquid. I think this answers some questions on if she's alive, if her son is only doing her business...but doesn't address the real problem here that this thread is all about. It is signed Ms. T. on 11-5-13. There are some changes that have taken place here at Ms T's Bakery! I wanted to wait until the weekend to do this so it wouldn't take time out of doing your orders BUT thanks to the other thread here I am doing this now. So some of the orders I intended to create tonight won't get done because I have to do this now!
Changes: Orders that went out this week you will see that my labels have already been changed to reflect Lot #'s, Ingredients and the Expiration Date. I have been doing my own testing internally in the past but, now due to the nicotine problems that arose I now changed the labels to reflect what I actually do here. All nicotine I receive is checked by the supplier (a well known USA nicotine supplier that is a Paid Supplier here on ECF) and it is also checked by me to see the correct strength of the nicotine.
Quality Control: All orders are hand mixed by ME inside the bottle you receive with sterilized needles! I am the ONLY person that creates your orders! I handle EVERYTHING! If anything is different with anything I have, I do not use it and contact the company immediately! Trust me there are some flavoring companies that probably hate me at this point LOL. But if they are not correct I don't use them! Sometimes I have to put things in your order on back order and this is why!
I guess what I am saying is that if and only if there was a problem, there is ONLY ONE person to blame! ME! I can assure you that it is NOT very often that I screw something up!
I have a separate room here in my home set aside as a lab for nothing but my creating! NO I am NOT doing this in my kitchen or bathtub with my kids running around me! It is CLEAN and SANITIZED! After each day I CLEAN up and get ready for the next day! When I am not creating it is CLOSED and LOCKED!
SAMPLES: I DO NOT have samples sitting on shelves just waiting for your order. IF you receive a SAMPLE it was created at the same time your order was and it is just as fresh as the rest of your order! That is the reason your SAMPLE is the same nicotine level you had on your order! I don't do this often because it takes up so much time to do the sample, create the label and such!

Correct. The date of that post is 11/24/2011. The post resides in an archived sub-forum that hasn't been active since 11/05/2013. Maybe somehow the forum software displayed the date of the Ms T's forum's demise instead of the date of the post?
I thought I had seen that somewhere before, I was sitting here laughing because of the "this is taking time out of making your orders" since orders have only been going out about once a week lol, but I do see it was from 2011 when she still took the time to communicate with people.

Is she still throwing in some leftover Halloween candy? I don't believe the leftover Christmas candy is scheduled to be included with shipments until February 27th.
