The proteasome refers to a collection of complexes centered on the 20S proteasome core particle (20S CP), a complex of 28 subunits that houses proteolytic sites in its hollow interior. Proteasomes are found in eukaryotes, archaea, and some eubacteria, and their activity is critical for many cellular pathways. Important recent advances include inhibitor binding studies and the structure of the immunoproteasome, whose specificity is altered by the incorporation of inducible catalytic subunits. The inherent repression of the 20S CP is relieved by the ATP-independent activators 11S and Blm10/PA200, whose structures reveal principles of proteasome mechanism. The structure of the ATP-dependent 19S regulatory particle, which mediates degradation of polyubiquitylated proteins, is being revealed by a combination of crystal or NMR structures of individual subunits and electron microscopy reconstruction of the intact complex. While I lean towards blues and pinks for the mod, I tend to think of the delivery device as the accessory to the outfit.
I usually like black for these. Black just is a good all around, all weather color that looks good with both the blues and
the pinks. :vapor:

My evods & protanks give better flavor & th than my Igo L & My RSST. why?

Both are good builds, Igo w/30ga & 3mm @ 1.5 ohm, RSST with 400 mesh and 30ga @ 1.8 ohm

Try building a 1Ω :)
I really wouldn't consider myself proficient in coil building, but I find any coil I have ever buit over 1.2Ω or so is very underwhelming. All of my best ones have been 1.0-1.1Ω. Could be coincidence though, who knows :)

I don't like the shiny or the weight or the box style. That said. I think I am going to order the one at 101vapes for $40.00. I have looked into it and I can replace the battery myself when it goes bad and I think I can fix the button if it is too stiff for me as well. Looks wise, I don't know, I'll have to do something to it, the box mods are fugly to my eyes but the price is just too good to pass up for what you get and it seems like everyone has ordered one in the last week so perhaps there will be some additional accessories out for it soon. lol.

that was just another review for Dusty. i have no argument with them being fugly...

no more batteries for me for a while. i do need some wire and DIY juice to hold me over, though. (not that there ain't 1600mil of juice made or steeping ;))

still making final decisions on coils. :blink:

In my apartment building we dont even get trick or treaters its real depressing.

Anyone know if MBV can mix lighter flavors. Am I the only one who has their flavors linger. I really love their juices and now love spring break but afeter I load it up it takes 4 or 5 tanks before the citris stops lingering when I switch juices....same thing happend with rob and hawk sauce.

Same here :|

You could add some unflavored to the juices you already have to dilute the flavoring level...I haven't asked if they could mix lower percentages, I'm usually satisfied with zero flavor shots with their juices.

I just dry burned the crud off my evod coils.
They sat for longer than usual. Some of them for days before soaking.
They were so crapped up that 2 out of 8 broke wile I scraped the crud off.
I think they might get cruddier the longer they steep in used juice.

No pink or blue but I have 2 red Evods on the way.
I think they'll go real nice with my green and blood spattered Zombievari. :blush:
