Hi Kelli, hope all is well! I have been thinking I need to give shortcake a try, seems everyone has good things to say about it. And hope I can still get that sherbert as the sample, did you get that one too?
no, i don't think the sherbert was out yet when i got my last order. i am really thinking now that maybe i didn't give the shortcake long enough. i usually try to steep everything a month but i got impatient. sometimes it sux being a redhead.

hi MBV crew! im new to MBV. i ordered on the Columbus Day sale and got Raspberry Lemonade, Fruity Hoops, and Sucker Punch; got Razzleberry Pie as a freebie.
out of those, Raspberry Lemonade is my favorite. this stuff is exactly what i was looking for. i will definitely be trying more of the MBV lemonades. got any recomendations?
second place went to Razzleberry Pie. cheers to MBV accurately reading my flavor profile and selecting somehting i like but would have not ordered right away.
the Fruity Hoops was good at first drag, but then i started getting an overwhelmingly pungent artifical lemon taste that bordered on tasting like Pledge. i tried to get back to the mindset i had before picking out the pledge but i just cant. oh well. maybe the jucie will steep into itself and round out. anyone with any experience with Fruity Hoops care to weigh in on this? tia
Sucker Punch was not bad but not great either. middle of the road juice that i certainly can vape, but will get pushed to the back burner due to nothing special happening. im a big sour guy and i was expecting this one to pucker me up. not so much. the raspberry lemonade is much more sour and flavorful imo.
i did not go with any extra flavor shots in my mixes because i use RBAs and any extra flavor usually is too much flavor and distorts everything. perhaps that was my issue with Fruity Hoops even without adding extra shots. is there a 1/2 flavor option maybe? maybe i should try it in a regular off-the-shelf dripping atty. i did use the recomended pg/vg ragtio of 80/20 for all my mixes. next time i'll likely go with a bit higher VG, as that is what im used to most of the time.
overall im very pleased with my order. its not likely every juice would be winners, and to find 2 out of 4 (well, 3 actually as 1 was a generous freebie) is a great turnaround IMO.

As I read this I wonder if ECF should have a review "form" to fill out that includes aging time before first use (random thought here. nothing against you Kemosabe. lol)
Since you are new to MBV, Try the Moo Juice and Pink Champagne if you like fruity flavors. Both are really good. Also, I hear the Rainbow Sherbet is good too (ask for it as a free sample because it is not on their site as of yet).
As to flavor shots. Someone else recommended the following:
80/20 1 flavor shot
65/35 2 flavor shots
and so on. I have been ordering 65/35 and getting 2 flavor shots and it seems to be working out well for all of the liquids I have tried. YMMV.

I am the same way with waiting for steep, I usually cave in at 12 days and I have to try them! When you want to try a new one though, its impossible! And BTW, redhead here also, just a "dirty red" tho, because my dad is red headed but mom was black hair, so i got stuck with a dull ugly brown red color. Oh well, cant pick our parents tho can we!!
Yeah I was hoping she would do a custom one with Sullivan (see my Avatar), but she's not taking any custom orders until after the holidays.

Welcome BobbyH. The price of MBV juice alone is an incentive to give them a try. Make sure you steep the juice you order since they mix it fresh. I've always received my orders within 3 days (at the most, usually faster)...I mention it since I'm relatively close to you.
