ugh all these ultrasonic cleaners im jealous....am I the only one who steeps the old fashioned way???

Nope. I steep mine the old fashion way. I usually order a month or two ahead. Butterscotch is the only one I have trouble steeping but that one I order 100 ml at a time. By the time I finish the first 50 ml the second is ready to go :D

mia, i scrolled back but couldn't find your post, but i think it was you who said you got a vamo and don't like it. i was wondering what you don't like about it. i was thinking of venturing into the world of mods and looking at the V3. it looks cool and gets good reviews. which one did you get and what's wrong with it? inquiring minds need to know. ;)

Because of my schedule, I'm always late to the thread. :(

For out and about and stealth vaping at work, I have black ego 650's and a 350. I also have a pink ego twist, just because I like pink. :)
But the threads got stripped, so it will only work with one of my chargers. Bummer.

For home, when I chain vape, I have a stainless steel Vamo V2 from FT and a chrome Vamo V3 from a stateside vendor. Love them both for different reasons. I use the V2 in long mode with an 18650 battery, and the V3 in shorty mode with a 18350 battery. The difference in battery time is noticeable. I prefer the LED readout and the button feel of the V2 over the V3, it just feels more sturdy, but I like the hand feel of the V3 better with the groove pattern instead of slick.

The BIGGEST benefit of a Vamo over an ego is the VV/VW. I didn't think that would be a big difference, but it is. I haven't mastered variable watts, but variable volts makes a huge difference in juice flavor and vapor. They take on very different flavors when you have the option of going from 3.7 to 4.3 (or whatever volts). Same if you use a top coil, bottom coil, or cartomizer.

When I first started vaping 7 months ago (today yay!), I never dreamed there was more after stopping the cigs and using an ego. Wow, was I wrong! I feel like I've just started the journey! ;)

Edit: Still vaping MBV caramel candy. Can't put this stuff down! Keeping on topic. :)

I still need to pick up an ultrasonic cleaner one of these days. But yeah, that's my experience, too... if you're out of juice or you just can't wait to try a new flavor, hot water steeping will get it vapeable. Even if you plan to let it sit, hot water steeping will cut down on your wait time. But for a fully developed juice, you've still got to be patient.

$20.97 at Amazon.com: CD-2800 GUCE

That's the exact same as the Harbor Freight $30 cheapo I've been abusing for about 5 months.
I figured if it lasted for over a month I got my money's worth :)

What's up with Amazon now? I actually paid online tax for the first time in 18 years.
They raised the free shipping eligibility to $35 now too. I hate change unless I instigate it >:<

Amazon is now required to charge tax in any state in which they have a warehouse, whether or not your order comes from that *particular* warehouse. They very quietly raised their free shipping threshold on October 22nd because.... well, because, apparently. There's a petition floating around asking them to put it back to $25 till after the holidays, to make holiday shopping easier on us working stiffs who can't afford to do our gift shopping in one giant order, but so far they have refused, and I doubt they'll capitulate... I don't think the timing of the increase was at all accidental. Rather, I'm sure they timed it this way perfectly... it means that if you don't shop online much, you'll miss the increase till Black Friday or shortly before, and then it's been in effect for a month so you feel like it's too late to complain... and since they raised it anyway, might as well grab some stocking stuffers... et voila, Amazon gets more money.

Amazon is right here (OK, 17 miles <-----thataway), i'd rather pay the shipping IF i want the product anytime soon. i used to love the free shipping, cuz it paid the tax (almost). BUT, they wouldn't ship the stuff for about a week - even if it sitting in Seattle! i didn't care if it was books or dvds, cuz i usually am behind on books. not so much dvds, but i can always pick up a book i haven't got to yet.

vapemail stuff is different. i'm used to venders getting stuff here in 1 to 3 days. 8 days is waaay too long for me! on my last free shipping order, i was really anxious, so i called after 3 days. waiting on 1 piece. i called a few days later, that piece was in. did they ship it? no! i asked why and they said because they still have 4 days until the "receive by" date gets here. so...like "we could ship it, but we don't want to!"

i ordered some stuff Wednesday. i even split the order so 1 wouldn't be delayed cuz of the other. both parts shipped that day! :(

the moral of the story is, they want you to pay for Amazon prime! :-x

so if you can afford it, do it.

right now, i can't afford it...:censored:

got a vape buffet going! pineapple peach, vanilla cup cake, banana split, ddl, cinn roll and whipped cream. livin' la vida loca!

:p

;)
