Gives a whole new meaning to transubstantiation and "The Body of Christ... The Blood of Christ."

Wow, pretty sure that just sealed my fate in hell, unless I get special dispensation for humor.

Still working on my bottle of Boom Choco-Latte, as I do each evening.
And it still doesn't taste like anything. Which means it isn't bad. Trying to decide
what to open next. I know Candy Cane is coming out next week (At my house,
been saving Candy Cane juice for Christmas and Pink Champagne juice for
New Year's).

Sorry I haven't posted much my friends, dealing with some personal things that kinda has me in a funk that I haven't snapped out of yet, happens, anyway nothing catastrophic, others are dealing with far more...

You all are the best and this is my favorite place to be, so if I'm not postin' here I'm probably not postin' anywhere ;)

Back to work...
I hope things get settled quickly unos!! :/

My Knees get damaged too...but its cuz I am 5' tall and have to have the seat so far forward that when I open the door and try to get out the opening is 2' back too far. Had a car dealer tell me one time "oh you will really enjoy the sun roof"....I told him nope does nothing for me this far forward..........SHORT PEOPLE UNITE !!!
I'm short too! I drive a small car, and my knees still sometimes hit the dash lol. I have to climb on my counters to reach stuff on the top shelf of my kitchen cabinets...

i have no problem with you defending your chicks against marauders. my beef is with people who move into the country, then beech about raccoons, opossums, skunks and other critters. the critters were there way before the people were, it's their home. and that's all i am gonna say about that. :p

i agree!

There's an idea... next year, I'm making myself a juice advent calendar. Load up a bunch of 5 ml bottles, have someone else mix them around and set them up for me on a shelf, glue some tissue paper over the front of the shelf and write the dates on it, so I can just jab a finger through every morning and grab a surprise bottle of something. Might have to build my own shelf so that I can slot in 31 compartments, but I've got a year to do that.

I'm positive someone's already thought of this, probably with a paper calendar and little 1ml samples, but 1 ml lasts me about two hours, so I'd rather make my own. :D

Sean that's an excellent idea and one I've never heard before. Perhaps you and James could collaborate on it for next year and both make a few bucks.

here you go, Seanchai:

That's my buddy Glen! (Not to be confused with G, the high school friend who lives at my house occasionally - different guy entirely, though Glen is welcome on my couch any time too, and G would heartily agree.)

And to think, I knew Glen when he was doing *this* movie:

He's first seen at 0:35. Sharp-eyed viewers will also spot Colm Meany, of Star Trek and innumerable other ventures. Those of you who love music and/or dark comedy, you owe it to yourselves to see The Commitments... it's one of the only movies I know where the movie is actually slightly *better* than the book, mostly because the book relies on so much music to tell the story... but those who did the movie were smart enough to cast *actual* up and coming Dublin musicians to both play the roles *and* perform the soundtrack, so it's all really good stuff.

The basic premise is a band in working class Dublin in 1989-90 who decide that since soul music is the music of the working man, they'll get rich and famous by playing "Dublin soul."... which is as sublimely ridiculous as it sounds.

19 year old manager who knows everything, showing the band a James Brown performance: "We need to be like *this*!"
Lead singer: I'm not doing that, I'll kneecap meself!
Saxophonist: "Eh... are we not... a little *white* for that sort of thing?"
Manager: Listen, lads. The Irish are the blacks of Europe. And the Dubliners are the blacks of Ireland. And the Northside Dubliners are the blacks of Dublin. Right? So say it loud - I'm black, and I'm proud.
(Cue the other ten pasty white guys looking at each other uncertainly.)

Colm Meany plays the dad of the young punk manager, and he's obsessed with Elvis.
Jimmy Rabbitte Sr: Do yis need a singer? Wise men say, only fools rush in...
Jimmy Jr: Elvis is not soul.
Jimmy Sr: Elvis is GOD, you snotty little :censored:.

Anyway, brilliant film. Don't watch it if you object to the f-word being used as every possible part of speech and a few you didn't think were possible, though. That's the Irish for you. :)

Glen's a proper musician though - with both The Commitments and Once, he just kind of fell into the role. He actually did Once as a favor to a friend that used to be in his band and wanted to try his hand at directing... no one thought much would come of it outside of Ireland, where the Frames are phenomenally popular. Then it won an Oscar, and, well, now people are surprised to learn he's a musician first, film star by accident. :D

A brilliant guy though - always stops to chat after the show, and he'll hang around for as long as people want to shoot the breeze.

Sean that's an excellent idea and one I've never heard before. Perhaps you and James could collaborate on it for next year and both make a few bucks.

I'm game, and I'll work for juice. :) Cash would be nice, but I don't know how much of a headache that'd be for him to mess around with.

Not to get into a great debate....

I personally lost a loved one to a drunk driver. For a long time I was angry at people who drink, people who sell drinks, and anything associated with alcohol. I finally made peace with it and realized alcohol did not kill the person. Some idiot who chose do drive after drinking too much did.
Linear arguments are cool and all, easy to follow. Because X kills we get rid of X, Y kills we get rid of Y. Pretty soon it is a vanilla world with little variation. Freedom of choice is a great thing, people used to be raised with the responsibility to handle that level of freedom. These things are not the problem, it is people that are the problem, people suck and there are more and more of them everyday. There is a whole movement to ban or severely limit the use of e-cigs, reports daily of people having them blow up in their faces, bad reactions to e-juice and the horrors of vaping anti-freeze. I happen to enjoy vaping, just as I enjoy hunting. I like living in a country where I have these choices, for however long I still get to have these choices.

Just switch from Lightspeed back to Moo Juice, Yum.

I'm not addressing any of the issued mentioned in relation to alcohol or firearms but will address the statement that was made about "People Suck", I had for a very long time felt that peoples outlook, priorities, lack of compassion and general overall demeanor of person to person contact was something that was going to the wayside more and more and there was just nothing but the ME, ME, ME mentality that seemed to be taken over more and more each day which was very disturbing and disheartening, it got to such a point that I didn't trust anyone any longer, had a hard time in believing in what people we saying and motivations behind their actions and a lot of this seemed to be progressing each and every year, it had become a rare event when you hear about a person being totally unselfish and show genuine concern for others. Well, since joining this forum I can tell you that my faith in mankind has be restored due to many factors here, such as the unselfish attitude that so many good people here have, the willingness to help those that are in need, the show of support in many aspects and all from people that have never met face to face. This world would be so much better if there were more people such as the caring people in this section and on the board as a whole. So, my waning faith in humanity was restored thanks to all the wonderful people here, it's a shame that this type and level of caring and support cannot make it's way into many of the other areas of society!

So that being said, I just want to address you all and say THANK YOU FOR BEING THE SPECIAL PEOPLE THAT YOU ALL ARE! It's an honor and a rare privileged to have met you all here, you truly are a special breed of humanity that I thought would never be seen on this planet again, thank you for restoring my faith in humanity on a whole!

Sadly, there are always going to be those that are totally oblivious to anything or anyone outside of their blinders, but you all are proof that not everyone SUCKS!

Ok, I'm done! :toast::D

I love you all dearly but if I win you won't hear from me again
and you can be sure tomorrow I'll be on a plane...somewhere.:vapor:

I'm joking. I'll pop in and let you know what country I'm heading to.

Send us postcards, at least! If I win, it'll be free juice for everyone, I promise. (Not indefinitely, cause I'll have a house to buy for the parental unit, a trust fund to set up for the sibling, and a car and a college education to get for myself... but I'll hook you all up good and proper. I only got one ticket though, so don't start juice shopping just yet. :D )

I believe most people to be good people. A certain percentage thinks the world owes them something
and those are the ones that get all the attention.
And the rest of the people it's all about attitude.
Surround yourself with negative rude people soon you'll be negative and rude as well.

Back on topic....

I have a love affair with citrus drinks. Any kind of citrus juice drink is fine by me, I use it a lot in food as well. I have been on a journey to find citrus juice I could vape. I have tried all the B&Ms around here and either their citrus juices eat my tongue or make my lungs sore.

I turned a friend here at work on to MBV and we have been sharing flavors.

MBV score so far

Blood Orange - is good
Cherry Limeade - is great, is awesome when mixed with Blood Orange
Freckled Lemonade - is great
Lightspeed - is so good I am going to run out before I order again.
Orange Dream Bar - is good
Rainbow Sherbert - is really good. It does taste "citrus-ish to me :)

That is on top of:
Moo Juice - very good
Cinnamon Roll - OMG
Carmel Coffee - very good
Coconut Cream Pie - very good

I have not had the chance to try the graham cracker juice that came with my friends order, he gave it to me. I will get around to it though!!!

I can even drip MBV Citrus juices without choking to death. Yay

Pretty AWESOME
Next flavors I will be ordering are Hawk Sauce, Thug Juice, StickyBun, Whipped Cream and Peanut Butter, along with more of the above.

I will set up a credit with James (if I win) before I leave and everyone in this thread will be
taken care of as well.
