Same here ... kind of. I work Christmas Eve and am on call Christmas Day so can't travel to the relates. That changes early next year. Tired of trading my dignity for a paycheck ... so I'm changing jobs. I feel your pain though.
I dont mind working the other holidays, I can celebrate them on any day, but Christmas is different. But all the guys I work with have small children so I volunteered to work so they could be off.
i think it has something to do with whether or not you are Catholic!

I'll be very glad when today is over. This is my eighth day in a row working but the trade off is I'm off Christmas Eve and Christmas. After work I get to finish my Christmas shopping. Got to open a present early. My eVic now has the J Wrap I've been drooling over on it. Hope everyone who is traveling stays safe.
