Hey, you've found what works for you and that's all that matters. I'm about to dive into RBAs next month, so I'm sure there'll be more than a few posts from me along the lines of "I am stupid and this is stupid and I quit!" along the way. :D

Filmed June 5, 1995 at the PinkPop Festival (Landgraaf, Holland)

Yeah, I suspect that dripping in all its forms means you can up the heat without burning the juice, just because there's less juice in contact with the coil (in contrast to the tank, where the whole tank's worth gets more and more caramelized as you go).

That "caramelized" gunk is the best part to me :) I have refilled the same tank with Champagne since new years eve. Now when I fill it
the juice is dark. ( yummy) Champagne is almost clear when I start :)
sad part...., 50 ml is almost gone and I haven't reordered, yet

I'm sure I'll get the hang of it - I've done coils for my tanks several times now so I've got that down... but I *hate* doing it cause there's so little room to work. I suspect an RBA might actually be *easier* because I'll have a little more space to mess around. I don't intend to build anything crazy, but I'd like to be able to fine tune a little without having to pull the tank apart, pull the stem off, remove the top wick, pry the insulator off the bottom, etc etc just to be able to access the coil itself. Which, after a lot of thought, is why I'm not going with a bottom coil style RBA... I love the way bottom coils vape, but if I want to faff around with dismantling the entire tank every time I adjust the coil, I can do that with the tanks I've already got!

for me, using an rba has been MUCH easier than trying to recoil a protank head. the hardest part for me is making the actual coil since i have to wrap it so tightly and close (and have pain in my hands for some unknown reason). Thankfully, the coils don't have to be rebuilt that often. Slipping the legs into the screw pieces is easy. Long as you can use a jewelers screw driver, you'll be a ok :)

I am trying an experiment with my T3's. They come with a flavor wick, which in my opinion is rather puny. I replaced the 2 strands of "peaches& cream" cotton that I generally use, with the full 4 strands as it comes from the package. No separating into 2 separate wicks.
I may have flooding issues later, but so far ....none. The vapor seems to have increased by about 25/30%.

The Jury is still out as to how it may or may not affect flavor. Of course the juice is pink Champagne. At some point today, sadly, I am going to run out.

It is a good juice to use as a mixer. Whipped cream comes to mind.

Good morning MBVers ... I'm finally going to break down and get some glass tanks so I can get rid of my safety gear when I vape those tank crackers.

Thinking either the Davide, or the Pro Tank II ....... any opinions?????

Never tried a Davide. Protank IIs are good if you can find them at a good price (shop around!) but honestly, I prefer my pyrex smoktech aros... they're cheaper, the coils are cheaper, and they're a little easier to rebuild than the protank (it has to do with how far down the coil sits when it's screwed into the tank base - there's a little less margin for error). The aros and the protanks vape the same, so it comes down to how much you're willing to spend and how much you'd prefer the removeable driptip that comes on the protanks.

I got a couple *mini* protanks because the aros hold at *least* 3.5 ml of juice and sometimes I don't want to vape that much of one flavor... but I use my regular protank II interchangeably with my aros and I can't tell the difference vape wise. As I said to Uncle Ralphie, though, if you do go the Aro route, make sure you get the pyrex ones, cause there are non-pyrex ones too, so read carefully.

Sorry, my "I have no idea what country I'm from" side was showing. :D

faff
British/Irish informal
verb: spend time in ineffectual activity

Origin: late 18th century (originally dialect in the sense 'blow in puffs', describing the wind): imitative. The current sense may have been influenced by dialect faffle 'stammer, stutter', later 'flap in the wind', which came to mean 'fuss, dither' at about the same time as faff (late 19th century)

I wondered the same, Buffalo has NEVER won in New England. They have beaten them, but not at home.

edit...
so, maybe they were due to win one, maybe not a "bad" bet.
