the wrist will probably never be quite the same.. I was pretty much over trying to sink 3 point shots anyway
it works though.. I can hold a knife again.. not being able to slice up veggies (vegetarian here) was really getting on my nerves.
now I'm sleepy. finally.. hadda put the nic vapes out of my reach.. got my WC next to me along with a mocha from elsewhere.. yep.. I'm becoming mattress meat very quickly now

I use to have starter yeast going and always a batch fermenting. This was probably 12 years ago at this point, I'm sure equipment for the home brewer has evolved to some extent. I never went as far as doin' all grain, I was pretty happy with the results I was gettin'
You'd be even more surprised - the state of extract has dramatically changed in the last 5 years or so. Going AG is a lot of fun, though, and you can make beers that just aren't possible with extract. Not to mention the cost difference. It doesn't take too many batches to pay for the extra gear. The step is rather intimidating for most, but it's so simple.

This thread tends to be pretty "safe" from all of that nonsense, but obviously not immune. I left for a few days in the first month I joined because of it... and have come really close to a permanent vacation numerous other times. McDonald's doesn't care though. As long as the Big Macs keep selling & the revolving door keeps spitting new blood in, loyalty & good folks with invaluable information/experience be damned.

Morning all. Vaping some Maple Pecan this morning cause I'm trying to conserve Vanilla Butternut and can't do chocolates or coffees because my coils need some rebuilding first... I'd rebuild them all this weekend but that would most likely result in not being able to do any rebuilds on the RBA when it gets here, so I'm just sticking to clearish juices for now.

Will do. Almost lost a window about a half hour ago (debris from neighbor's yard) so it's pretty nasty out there. Fortunately, actual tornadoes tend to go down the streets on either side of us, but we've had some pretty major straightline wind damage before. This one came up fast - usually we've got enough time to throw some plywood up in the windows to minimize any flying glass!
