Ok, my turn to help... Newegg is a store online. I've gotten a lot of electronics there.
So 4 weeks after I ordered my KFL+ clone from FT, they find a problem with the 'new and improved' batch out of whatever craphole factory machines the things.
They are cutting the juice channels too small and shallow. Not an easy fix. D**mit.

NewEgg is an online store that sells computer parts. I have built half a dozen or so computers over the years and all the parts came from there. Always had the best customer service.
In the last few years they have tried to expand by selling stuff from other online stores on their site. It seems that their customer service is suffering as a result.
New Egg used to be my go to place for cheap electronics. Then 3 months ago I ordered 4 HDMI cables for my buddie's new hi-def set up. Took four cables 3 months to get there. I watched the tracking bounce them from Illinoize to outter Wisconsin back to Illinoize back to 20 miles from it's final destination back to Illinoize and on and on. This death loop of tard shipping. For 3 months.

Sounds like just another reason I shouldn't order anything from there. I placed one order there back in November. My order never made it past HK and it took me until last week to get my money back. I'm not sure the lower price is worth the trouble. Especially since a lot of US vendors have gotten their prices down to a few dollars over fastech's price.
Is this the KFL+? The Tobeco KFL I received was fine. In fact I was surprised that I didn't have any QC issues that others had (beyond the 2 grub screws in the AFC).
Who did they ship by? Unless they were using some fly by night shipping company then you can't really blame them for shipping troubles. They have no control over it once it leaves the warehouse.
Online store that sells computer hardware. For a long time they were a favorite among builders and I dare say Newegg put a lot of B&M Computer Hardware stores out of business. But now they are trying to keep up with Amazon and it's not working IMO.

Well I'm surprised, the Vanilla Tobacco DIY that I made on 12/29/2013 is pretty darn tasty now! Kinda shocked, but probably due to the fact that I had left it in a flask that has a large surface area, still could use another week, but is definitely vapable now!

I have 3 cats. But they aren't generally allowed in the bedroom.
I'm usually much more fanatically about keeping up with things like cleaning under the bed - but the last year has seem my work travel schedule go from light to insane, and obviously the housework has slipped.
The vicious dust bunnies under my bed would eat a cat.
