Actually I think the Internet sales tax is a reality, but I only know of a few people that report it and the man power isn't there to ensure compliance.

It looks like I found the thread to ask my question - the thread of people who actually vape & enjoy MBV's liquids. I have just placed my first order, it should be here in a couple of days. I ordered well in advance of need, so it can have lots of steeping time before I try it. My question is about flavour shots (and yes, it should have been asked before I ordered, but I couldn't find a thread that was actually about MBV juice!). I ordered 5 different flavours, and I got 1-3 extra flavour shots in each of them. My tastebuds are still healing, and I often have trouble tasting my juices. At this point, I guess I'm just asking what to expect. Is this going to put my juice in the slightly stronger flavoured range, or just barely flavoured, or over-flavoured, or what?
Alright, I couldn't wait. This morning I built a double strand nest coil for my new KFL clone.

Made a spaced 6/7 coil. 30ga on 2mm silica. Was shooting for 1.8 - got 1.6.
Used a juice I am *very* familiar with so I can tell the differences between this KFL and my other heads. My beloved Dime Piece from Mr. E-Liquid.
Throat hit is massive. I haven't coughed like this since my first week of vaping.
Smoke is medium. About the same as my PT2. I don't know if I choked off the channels with my placing of all that wick, or if the channels are cut too thin and shallow [visibly smaller than on a real R91] or if this is it. Time will tell.
Getting just a little funk in my flavor. Hard to believe some machine oil survived my clean, but it may have. Or it could be that fasttech silica. I just lightly burned it with a yellow flame lighter, not a white flame torch.
Flavor is more intense than from the PT. Like that a lot.
Hey Busardo....it is NOT a cool vape. At 1.6 it is decidedly warm. Which I like.
I'll have to experiment to find the sweet spot, but it's a big upgrade over my PTs.
It's a keeper. Glad I got it.
Now....HOW do you tell when the thing is full?? I'm using the metal tank to prevent tank cracking.

It depends on the type of liquid and your preferred mix of PG/VG. I like stronger flavors and go with 2 shots for 65/35 and 3 for 50/50. Some flavors need less, some more. Too many flavor shots can mute flavors instead of enhancing them but I haven't run into that problem. I have never ordered anything with 5 flavor shots though.

Really just depends, what flavors did you order?
I as a general rule order 50/50 with 2 shots. But that being said some flavors
don't need any shots at all.
Thanks very much! I should be okay then - my juices are 65/35 and I didn't go more than 3 on anything, 2 on most. btw, I've been a Murray fan for many years.
There are ways around things................
But doesn't surprise me about California.
A few other states would follow suit yes, if this goes through.
ONE good thing about living in Missouri is.........no can't jinx myself.
I personally always order my first with no shots. If I like it and feel it would be better with a touch more flavor I order again with shots added. I always do 50/50 with 24 nic.

I tend to believe MBV bashing is more about the "Gotta Have It Now" types being angry at the world and really mad that MBV's liquids work for so many people, but not for them.
Those same people will spend 2 months waiting for a clone to come from fasttech though, refuse to pay for liquids that should be aged before consumption. Weirdness.
I think the bashers are bashing to get a rise out of us. They see our huge thread at the top of the board day after day and want some action. On a less moderated board I'd have them either spluttering with rage or crying within an hour.
