Oh and since you were all wondering. I did a little detective work a bit ago to find out exactly what it was that my wife was stuffing in them 2" thick pork chops.

Dripped some Hazelnut Spread out of sheer curiosity (it's nowhere near ready and I know that - was in the batch I just got yesterday).
