I have bought juice from mtbaker before but I am fairly new to vaping.

I know I'm good a 6mg nic. But what is a good mixture pg/vg wise for a good balance of taste and vapor. Don't care much for throat hit. If it's there its there if not I'm good too.

Should I just go 50/50 mix?
Our tastes are all different, but for me 50/50 is a great balance....and I rarely get any extra flavor shots.
I have been wanting to become a supporting member for a while, since the advice and reviews here have saved me a ton of cash, ehich is always hard to come by.

It's odd that the only form of transaction available is through PayPal. the same paypal that is proving to be totaly anti- vapo- nazi.
I had a PayPal acct years ago which was hacked and turned into a nightmare. I still get spam from them and the hackers to update my closed acct.

PHBBTTTD!!! with extra slobber!
I believe they set up supporting memberships with Paypal before PP went nutz about vaping. I'm guessing they just never changed it or added other payment methods. I'm sure you could suggest it to one of the higher ups. I personally hadn't thought much about it before you mentioned it...but it is a good point :)

You are absolutely correct. But just trying to get him to see that he has options other than the traditional "graduate high school, move on campus at a four year college immediately" was difficult. I'm honestly not sure that he believes me - even though his dad went back to school over 10 years after high school and now has a doctorate, his godparents worked their way through school, and we have an excellent community college in the area that is a great option for him right now.

Got him off cooling down. We'll talk more after dinner.

I keep being tempted by the wholesale site, but I don't have a clue how I would go through that much flavoring...

Yeah, and I sure don't want to bring up a topic that could cause issues. But I could see getting perhaps 16 oz's of the flavoring but they don't have them in that small size, I checked, lol, I'm actually not sure about the Rainbow Sherbet and Hazelnut though, I think I could put a dent in both of those as flavorings in the 64 oz's size, but wouldn't have to worry about it until I put my toe in the dirt!

OMG it's college talk night with your teenager.
We're having the talk now. Hubs brought home a scholarship
application for next year (ours is a junior). Kid claims he
wants nothing to do with the scholarship as he thinks he has
no chance. He is expressing doubts about going to college.
And checking out various smaller colleges we're looking at tuition
and course offerings. This kid is a brain, and scores off the charts
on state testing. He will be graduating when he's 17. Hubs of
course like a typical man has been saying all the wrong things.
Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh.

The bad thing is for whatever reason if you have issues with PayPal or I should say, if they have issues with you, it's damn near impossible to get it worked out, there was quite a lot of problems when they started making all these new rules ofter they were aquired by eBay and the brilliant CEO John Donahoe, he ...... off more people, well, I'll stop there!

It's true that he has other options, but it seems that today's Bachelor's degree is last year's Highschool diploma. He should shoot for at least a Bachelor in the future. The grim statistical reality is that he will need one to advance in the future...unless he opens his own business.

Smelt. or is that a verb?

It's both, and it's also a synonym for deeeeelicious. Man, I miss smelt dipping.

Ah, the college talk. I was the opposite, had stellar grades and a near-full scholarship and it still didn't go well. Can't change the past, but the past isn't necessarily a predictor of the future, either.

While this is yet one of the very subjective types of topics, I get 50/50 and 65/35, I also get 3 flavor shots with 50/50 and 2 with 65/35, but that is for my personal taste as I do require stronger flavorings due to severe sinus issues, other are fine with 0 to 1 or 2 shots. I don't really get much of a throat hit with either of those ratios but I am fine with that now at this point after being without the nasties for over 7 months now. Damn, still can't believe it's been that long.

Well had that bad feelin' when I couldn't find Pink Champagne listed a couple nights ago that it was a little more than just out of stock...

Freakin' Bummer :(

At this point, I think in that regard I can consider myself lucky that I had not tried it, so there is one less flavor that I would be disappointed in not having access to.

Ours is a lot smarter than his grades claim. And he turns 18 right about on graduation day (also a junior). Except that ours is making a career out of doing the bare minimum. I think tonight I'm the one who managed to say all the wrong things. Because even bringing it up was the wrong thing.

Oh, I hear ya. He needs that bachelor's degree. He knows it - he just has been refusing to look at what's involved. I was walking him through alternatives like community college first, working and going to school part time, heck, I even brought up the GI bill. And I'm a vet - I would really, really prefer he not join the service (even though I actually think it might be extremely good for him.) I'm just hoping that this finally gets him to start figuring out what he wants to do after high school, rather than just continuing to close his eyes and live in the land of magical thinking.

I (meanin' for my better half) have probably a good 6 month supply between bottles of flavoring and a 236ml bottle of premixed...

Just have to hope FW is the correct flavoring and mix my own ;)

Thank you I will try that.

You guys are awesome on this site by the way. I plan on being a frequent member from now on.

I hope that this was enough of a wake up call for him. The longer he delays dealing with it, the harder it will be for him :(

Hubby brought up the academy or military but he has no desire.
With a little luck his first two years of college will be paid for here, he is enrolled in
a program that if he qualifies upon graduation the first two years at a state
college are paid for, as long as we're residents.
Deep breaths.

The first two years of my college were paid for with a scholarship, but I lost that when I changed majors. I worked my way through the rest of it (it took me an additional year to get through)...it can be done, but it takes commitment and dedication. Best of luck to you and your kids, Khala and Mcol
