Speaking of the Wawa....I was in one today. I was having a sweet tooth attack and they have this pastry station...pastries behind glass....they had a new one called Lemon Cream and I just had to try it....love the lemon! It was a guilty pleasure!! Wawa also has the best hogies ever!! I love the Wawa!! haha!!!:hubba: Now, to keep things on topic, what's a good cool mint to add to fruits to cool them down?....no menthol please.
There is a flavoring additive called Koolada that you can add to juice. It does not alter the flavor, but adds a coolness to the throat hit. It might be just what you are looking for, and 2% of volume is plenty. (For a 15 ml bottle, then .3 ml is theoretically all you would need to add)

Opal - you threw me over the top with the Whipped Cream and sweetener idea. Crud - ANOTHER MBV order on the way, lol. Picked up some Graham Cracker, Blu Moo, and a big bottle of Butterscotch. Does anyone know what the sweetener is made from? How do you use it - like a drop in a bottle or a drop in a clearo to bump up the sweet?

On another note: my Maple Bacon Waffle has steeped for 3 weeks- still not working - all I taste is burnt bacon :( And Yellow Cake - I can SMELL it, but can't taste it (2 weeks of steeping.) Argg!!

I got a *cake* sample last time.. requested no nic and max VG surprise.. doesn't say yellow cake though. I don't taste a lot with that one yet.. might need more steeping. I drip it here and there to check.

There is a sweet cream - also very nice but not the same as a drop of sweet in my T3 of whipped cream. Sweet cream is more like the liquid feel from say the bottom of a cereal bowl if you used cream instead of milk.. whipped cream is a different feel to me.. fluffy.. I love the fluffy sweet.

So it's splenda? I just tossed all my splenda in favor of stevia.. there was an article about the pros and cons of sucrolose..I don't even remember the cons but it was enough for me to throw it away.. hmmm

darn menopause mush brain

I forgot Vanilla Ice. I like that one a lot too.

They sell liquid stevia at Trader Joe's - I wonder it that would work too?

I would guess Bavarian Cream with Banana (low key - no shots) and then yellow cake (w/ shots to make it more pronouced.)

Two Questions if you have time:

1. Any suggestions on putting together a Banana Pudding flavor?

2. Which individual flavor would I add to my other flavors to get that bit of 'roll' that is in Cinnamon Roll?

Thanks Y'all!

I bought liquid Stevia at my local health food store. It is dissolved in vegetable glycerin (VG) and I use it in DIY. Be sure to read the labels, some of them have other ingredients added to the mix.

Oooh! What a great idea! I'm not keen on any fake sweeteners. They give me a horrible aftertaste and they make my Fibro a million times worse. I'm going to try the Stevia. So glad it is okay to use it.

Thanks Y'all!

One of the first things I ordered was a bottle of sweetener (I figured it's always easy to ADD, no so easy to take out if something is too sweet already), so I can fix that "problem" with the peppermint ice cream if I find I have it.

I'm torn though. I've really been wanting to try to replicate Peppermint Bark (I'm thinking 2 parts candy cane & 4 parts white chocolate), and now I don't know which to try first.

I ordered a bottle of sweetener too. I used it just tonight. I had a tank half full of butterscotch with 2 flavor shots which has only steeped a week and isn't quite there yet. I added half again of peach with 1 flavor shot, which has also steeped for a week, and 1 drop of sweetener. I'm getting bright, fresh, tangy peach and it's excellent. I think it will be great with cinnamon roll and maybe whipped cream too....still in search of the perfect peach cobbler. I can see these flavors blossoming as another couple of weeks pass, but I'm really liking the peach!!

Sucralose and Glucose, these can gunk your coils. Mine is Now Better Stevia Glycerite (it has a blue label).

I can see where stevia would be better. That is the sweetener I use in my coffee. It's natural and better for you than sucralose and glucose. One thing that has saved my assorted clearos and tanks is rinsing them out at least once every 2 days and giving them a dry burn before refilling. The longer I let a dark or citrus liquid sit in the tank, the harder it seems to be on my coils and wicks. I'm on the the same 2 clearos and 2 mini vivi metal tanks that I've used for over 5 weeks now! I have a couple of polypro tanks that I haven't even used yet. I'll probably break one out for my mad build it yourself mix of 3 different chocolates, mint, and orange. It's a super dark juice which I can't wait to try but I'm going to sit on it for at least another week before giving it a try. Where did you get your stevia Stone??

Totally unrelated to anything else...

I don't care what the question is. The answer is MBV Butterscotch.

That is all.

I ordered mine at 12mg. 50/50 and 2 flavor shots. It's steeped a week and is just not there yet. How long did you steep yours? I was really looking forward to this one too.

I got 12mg, 50/50, and +2, also. I got a 15ml that I let steep for several weeks, but once I cracked it open, I finished it off within days! My re-order was for 236ml. I knew the big bottles take longer to steep, so I've been shaking the heck out of it, and refilling my 15ml bottle (and shaking the heck out of that, too!). It's only been about a week and a half, but it seems to be coming along nicely. I think it was vapeable within a few days, but the full flavor takes a bit longer to develop. Give yours another week or two, then see what you think.
