Question! I put in an order for some Kanger Evod rebuildable clearomizers and a bottle of Thug juice. Will I get a free sample or is it only for juice orders $15 or more? (The total order was right at $20 before shipping, but only $7 and change was juice.)

It doesn't matter if you buy all juice or no juice. They will send a free sample of juice with orders over $15 after discounts are taken and before shipping is added.

Okay, been "off the grid" for a few days, wanted to give my MBV update.......

Ordered on Wednesday of last week, delivered on Friday (Amazing !!!!!)

First thing that I did was a hot water steep - caps and droppers off, 3 times for each bottle. They are all currently in my "steep room" upstairs, its hot there, but not overbearing, caps and droppers off again, shaking vigorously a few times a day.

Here are my thoughts (all at 12mg, 50/50):

White Out - I have vaped this before, for a "mint type", this is just perfection. I only ordered 30ml, next time, I have to bump it up!! Awesome, white tic tac flavor.
Wintergreen - Just what it says, and delicious!!!
Big Red Soda (this one I got the 50ml) - needed some steeping, but delicious fruity soda taste
Sweet Cherry Bomb - This one needed the "fast steep", but so far, it is amazing!! I got 2 flavor shots, and after the hot water steep and a day in the steep room, it tastes delicious! Cherry, Creamy, but not that "cough syruup cherry, a nice sweet flavor.
Banana Cream Pie- 2 extra flavor shots, right now, it tastes more like pie crust than banana, but a couple of more days steeping might change that!
Toasted Marshmallow - 2 extra flavor shots - Definitely needs more steep time, tastes coconutty (?) but not bad at all, not cloyingly sweet. I have pretty high hopes for this one.
Whipped Cream - I am not 100% sure on this one, has a kind of artifical taste to it right now. I can taste the flavor profile, I think that it just needs some steeping time. If I dont like it alone, I might do a swap, or use it to supplement other flavors.
Strawberry Shortcake - Got this as a freebie - after 2 steeping days, I love this one!! Definitely going to be in my next order.

Thanks, MBV, you have surpassed my expectations already!!! - oh, and the prices on the EVODs are off the hook, had to add one to my order!.....and for those who are concerned with credit card issues, I used a "vanilla" card from Visa that I got from Walgreens - 55 dollar card, spent 54.82!!!!!

So far, I've had the:

Caramel Coffee 1 shot. It's steeped for about 4 weeks. It's ok, I don't love it but I'll still vape it.
Jamaican Rum 1 shot: also steeped for 4 weeks. Don't like this much at all
Spearmint: very refreshing and crisp
Snickers Type: Love Love Love this...I had to reorder this in a lower nic because I was ODing on it.
Blue Moo: day 1. It is ok. Maybe I will like it more steeped.

So now because I love the snickers, I keep wanting to get peanut butter, peanutbutter cups and udderly nuts. I know it is way too much peanut flavor but I wonder if they all taste different enough to get or too much of the same?

Oh... my.. god.. I have just fallen in love with cinnamon roll. 2 days I've had it and I can't describe the amount of amazing I'm feeling right now. I officially have found my morning vape

I had the same feeling the second I vaped it. Threw it in a Protank and it hasn't left it since.

Just put my order in about an hour ago..

Ecto Cooler
Cinnamon Roll
Hawk Sauce
Root Beer
& I requested Peach Rings as a flavor.

This is my second order from mbv.. last time I ordered a few and really liked the thug juice but I wanna try some new things out.
ok so I just got this order in.. theyre ok right out the box. not bad but not anything im really a fan of. hopefully they get alot better with steeping. I hated thug juice at first but after it steeped for a week it became my adv.

From my experience, the Hawk Sauce changes completely in about 2 weeks. I thought it was "perfumey" at first, but after a couple of steeping weeks, the taste was awesome. Sometimes with the blended flavors, it takes a while for the flavor profile to really come out. At least that is how it worked for me.

I just pulled the invoice thinking oh man maybe I did miss them listing it and nope D: No listing to what it could be what so ever. The cantaloupe that Ohai guessed might be it. I honestly don't know. If it is, I'll be giving it away. I can't stand cantaloupe lol But right now I literally can't smell anything off of it and don't have a good testing atty right now to just try it out yet x.x

Since you don't smell anything, it may be menthol. I received some as a sample and it had writing on it that looked just like that. I did try it in an atty and sure enough it was menthol. Then I sent the pic to MBV and they confirmed the same same thing with me.
Sorry if you had this answered already, I'm just catching up to the end of the thread again.

I just got an order in for my better half and the free sample is "Johnny Chimpo"
The banana is the lead in this flavor without a doubt. There is something else in there that I haven't been able to make out yet. It does appear to be a bakery flavor similar to "Sticky Bun" with no cinnamon added. I am not sure yet, but it will be fun trying to nail it down as it is an excellent flavor :)

Hi! I'm a newb to vaping and I'm still trying and searching for e-juice favors that I will stick to. I love the cinnamon roll and I thought pairing it with something menthol would be perfect... Can somebody please share their experience with extreme ice, black ice, blue ice and green ice.
Thanks!

I love the Ice flavors I have tried so far.

Black Ice - The blackberry takes a bit of a backseat in this flavor and lets the menthol take the lead. Very nice refreshing feel even if you're not a menthol fan. They pair up very nicely.

Green Ice - The green apple has the lead with this Ice flavor. It has a real Granny Smith apple taste (sour with a nice touch of sweet to balance it out), with a lighter menthol kicker on both the inhale and the exhale. Very nicely done for this one.

I made my own blue Ice by mixing my own MBV flavors, but I still haven't found there combination yet. Still working on it though :)

I'm sure the rest of the ice flavors will be just as good, but I just have too many other MBV flavors to get to as well.

Ive had Red, Green, and Blue Ice... love all of em

Green is an ADV for me and my favorite of the 3. Blue has a subtle blueberry flavor and a nice sweet mint flavor rather than the mentholated flavor of Green Ice.

When I got my Chimpo because its not on the site to order my initial thought was it was someones build your own I got by mistake and they were trying to make their own "gorilla juice" and called it johnny chimpo.
Now Im vaping chimpo and gorilla juice side by side and I still think its an attempt at a clone. If Im right its not a bad one either. Chimpo has a touch more banana to it. I also am vaping it right out of the mail too. So I think it will be very good in 10 days.
Maybe my brain is off because of my initial thought but they seem close and I enjoy both very much. JMO

Question:

How much (in drops or ml) does 1 flavor shot equal to in terms of DYI? (example: 5ml bottle)
And what is the percentage of flavor does MBV use? (15-40%?) Or is that a secret?

The thug juice i made using the DYI at 20% is great, BUT i have not gone any lower or higher in % of flavor, yet. The strawberry flavor though, smells great but is a little light at 20% flavoring. I upped it to 33% and its alright. I am just curious because reading the comments on the MBV site, people are saying "perfect with 2 extra shots of flavoring" or something like that but I do not know how to do a flavor shot with my DYI flavorings (due to unknown % of flavoring added).

My short answer is "I don't know."

My long answer is...when you are DIYing juices, you yourself have noted that some flavors are stronger than others. It is my experience that optimum flavors are achieved at different percentages, so I would guess that the flavor shot would vary some according to recipe. I've seen several posts that MBV uses Flavor West flavorings to build their juices, but James himself mentioned another source to me once. If they are using flavorings from more than one source, then those components are likely mixed in different ratios.

If you are mixing using MBVs DIY flavorings, then all of those components are pre-mixed for you. A 2% change can make a difference, so I would adjust up or down as you need, and the number of drops or ml to achieve a 2% change depends on the size of the batch you create.

20% flavoring is a high percentage, 33% flavoring is a very high percentage of flavoring to put in a juice. Sometimes, you actually can achieve more flavor with less flavoring. It might be worth trying a test batch with less strawberry flavoring, or test a strawberry from a different flavoring manufacturer.

i might OD-ing with Thug Juice then ;D

i've been mixing small batches (5ml) at a time. I'll try going down instead of up. The more logical way should have been to start at 10% and move up 5% every time. I started at 20% because it was easy math wise, lol ~ 4ml pg/vg + 1ml flavor = 20%. Their website said try between 15%-40% but i dared not to go to the 40%.

Thanks for the feedback!
