Okay I had over 10 pages of chatter to catch up on and respond to so lots of multi-quotes below. :)

The second one should be here tomorrow or Monday. I'm hoping it's better. I won a 30ml bottle of Halo juice...I chose the Tribeca...never had it...hope it's good....:)
Halo Tribeca is awesome!! And one of my few favorite tobacco juices. Hope you like it! If not, keep me in mind as my mom and sister love it too. (I've converted both over to vaping and shared most of my 30ml with them.)

Haven't had much to say lately because I've been cheating on MBV, looking for fabulous tea juice for the SO. And then I HAVE to pick out stuff for myself. Oops.
Best teas I've had so far are AiV's Sweet Tease and Afternoon Tea. The only tea I've had from MBV is Texas Sweet Tea, and it takes like a month for the tea flavor to come out at all, and that's when dripping, and even then it's pretty darn subtle.
AiV's teas are indeed good, as are their 2 green teas (that don't smell like weed, though to me, that's not a bad thing ;) )--A Quiet Morning & Cherry Blossom Tea. Right now I'm vaping one of their new tea blends from the C-Room Lab called Foursquare (Fresh Concord Grape, Black Tea, Lime, and . . . one more!). My AiV order only arrived today so this flavor has only had an hour in the ultrasonic so far, but already it's really good and I'll need to get a large one next order.

For some more bold, authentic teas, you can't go wrong with Ahlusion either. I've had some of their black tea, chai tea, boba tea... all excellent, and I haven't even scratched the surface of their tea offerings yet. The Cha-Yen Thai Iced Tea will be on my next order.

On-topic - I got my replacement for Tiramisu. It's a more appropriate color, but doesn't smell like tiramisu. I'll wait a couple of weeks before I try it to be fair. I'm spoiled by Ahlusion's Tiramisu.
I too am in love with Ahlusion's Tiramisu so I'm curious to hear if MBV's measures up.

I've also got a ginger and a Jamaican rum on the way from MBV. I'm going to try to make a Dark and Stormy. Which for those in the know is a mixed drink made with rum and ginger beer. Recommended by 3 out of 4 sailors.
LOL are you reading my mind or what??!!
Since I'm dripping my new AiV flavors right now, one of which is Ginger by the Sea, I added a drop of MBV Jamaican Rum to it to make a Dark & Stormy. It's not quite there yet as my Ginger juice still needs a bit more steeping and can't quite hold it's own just yet in a mix, but dripping the Ginger by the Sea over a dirty atty that I just did Jamaican Rum in, I can see where this is going and me likey!! I don't have MBV's Ginger so I can't compare but the AiV one is very much like a real ginger ale (the nice ones you get at Whole Foods, not that Canada Dry crap. LOL)

Have you ever gotten the protanks from fasttech? I'm very curious how they are. It seems they are genuine, but at the lower price point, probably do not come with the nice carry case or extra heads. Also, keep an eye out for the protank 2, it's supposed to come out soon. Interesting new design from the looks of it.
Just a heads up... I'm waiting on the co-op for the Protank 2 and Mini Protank (2) which is due to start up around mid-August. It's in the planning forum right now under Mini Protanks, but Proetus said he is willing to take it on and run with it it around mid-August and include all the new Protanks.

I recently got into carto tanks and like Cactus Breath, also have the Smoktech Pyrex DCT. Just got a couple of the DCT-2-A Nickel Mesh (filterless) cartos that arrived just the other day but haven't tried them out yet as I'm finishing up my tank of Iced Gingersnap with the current carto first. I eventually need to get a couple more tanks. Wanted to get the smaller size for my next one, though it'd mean doubling up on supplies since I'd need to get the shorter 35m cartos instead of the XL's the Smoktech takes, so I haven't fully decided which way I wanna go. I sooooo want a handblown Phiniac, but since that may not be in the budget for awhile yet, I'll probably just acquire my 2nd tank from IBTanked instead. I hear I can't go wrong there...

I have 15ml bottles of 555 and 555 menthol steeping for a month that the wife and I don't care for. Willing to send them off to a good home. 80%/20% 12mg nic. menthol barely tasted and 555 has maybe 1 ml gone.
I'd love to help you out there. My mom really liked the 555 from Smokeless Image so I'd been thinking of having her try the MBV one since some said it was decent. Not sure if she'd like the menthol one or not, and I'm very picky when it comes to tobaccos and only have a few in my rotation, but I'll PM you shortly. :mail:

I honestly didn't taste any menthol right out of the mail, and I legit thought that everyone in the reviews had it all wrong and were reviewing hawk sauce and had actually ordered something else. It's good though. Really good. After a few weeks of steeping, the menthol came out, and it's just a coolness on the exhale. It's very light and just enough to give a cooling flavor to the liquid. To me, it tastes like a tootsie roll pop or blow pop without the tootsie roll or gum inside. Just a combination of those sweet sucker-y flavors without all the sticky. It's really good. And I miss it.
Hawk Sauce is one of those few candy-like fruit flavors that I actually like. Probably because in my opinion anyway, it's not trying to taste like real fruit  I don't really get any menthol from it. I'd say it's more of a mint (as in the herb) and it's very light.

Now, more on topic. I've got to get some juice for him to try out. And he's not the fruit juice kinda guy. Basically, he said, "can it taste like a cigarette?" Which, I don't think MBV has "ash tray." So he says, what about jack and coke? Basically, cigarettes and jack n coke are his favorite flavors in the world. So, anybody try mixing a jack and coke from mbv? And whats a good run of the mill light cigarette tobacco flavor? Also I was thinking about just straight unflavored juice. Any suggestions would be helpful.
M-Type from The Plume Room is supposed to taste very much like smoking a real cigarette and has some very good reviews. I bought it for my mom, but it's not really done steeping yet. (I gave it to her after only 2 hours in the speed steeper so it needed a couple more weeks, but it was still pretty decent after the 2 weeks. It's a NET, and those usually require at least 4 weeks. But that's the thing, for the most authentic tobacco experience, you'll probably want to take your boss into the world of NETs. HHV and MOV are a couple of the best from what I hear (and my mom really loves several of the HHV NETs she's had). The Plume Room has some really good NETs too--Candied Cavendish and Honey Fig Tobacco are the ones I like, but there's also that M-Type I mentioned above. I actually like the Candied Cavendish and Honey Fig Tobacco better than the others that have a more promenent tobacco though, I prefer it more as a back note. The only other NET I really like is 15 Foot Falls from Alice in Vapeland.

I can't recall who has it, but there is actually a flavor out there called Ash Tray. I'll see if I can find it again. Sounds nasty to me though!

ETA - Whoops forgot to include it first time around, but here's the Spinfuel review on M-Type (as well as those other 2 NETs from The Plume Room that I mentioned)

I'm vaping Tropic Thunder tonight. It's the only flavor that I have from MBV that I feel needs an extra flavor shot.

Read the description and this one looks interesting. "A tropical punch that is mixed with just the right amount of sour." Did it used to be called something else since I know they recently changed the name on several of their juices? Cuz I don't recall it being discussed much around here... or maybe it's a new one?

I think it's going on to my wish list anyway though. Thanks for sharing. :)

It's orange-y. It has a tang flavor to it, but a little more sour. It's good, but I recommend an extra flavor shot. I hope you enjoy it! I'm not sure how new it is. I've only been an MBV fan since the end of June, so they're all new-ish to me! :)

I haven't tried Extreme Ice so I don't know if they're as strong by comparison, but I really like Black Ice, with Green Ice running a close second right behind it. Both of them were good right out of the mail IMO, with a very strong menthol flavor. Surprised me that I liked them that much because I never smoked menthol cigarettes (hated them, in fact!).

I have several of the MBV ice's and I REALLY like the black ice after a steep.:) The Extreme ice is VERY strong  to me anyway. Tastes like spearmint and menthol. If I do it straight up, it feels like it's FREEZING my lungs!! However, I like adding a few drops to fruits and such...VERY refreshing!!! :p

My yellow cake is at about a week of steeping, still not very good. Might need to use it as a mixer just to get rid of it.

Banana foster still very bananas, but I've heard this one takes awhile

Waiting for sweet cream to come back in stock, that seems like a great mixer and possibly great on its own. In the month that I've been vaping it seems like MBV has really took off and gotten crazy busy. They were not out of stock of anything in the first 2 weeks I was ordering. I shutter to think what my juice collection would be like if I didn't find them though. At first I was just typing in "e juice" into google and throwing darts. Ended up with some really really bad, expensive stuff.

My favorite thing about vaping is that I used to spend 50bucks a week on analogs. That means my vaping budget is 50 bucks a week lol. Initially I went way over that but I've settled into a good system now.

Quitting analogs has been so easy is just unbelievable.

The Double apple is strong but not overpowering. It has a nice blend of sweet and tart, even has a bit of throat hit at low nic level. I let the bottle steep for 2 weeks and it had a bath in USC for 2 hrs.
*100% VG 6MG nic

Hmm what's USC? Also, do you usually get flavor shots with 100%/max VG?

Thanks CheriePie...I hope so too! I'm a BIG fan of RY4 types, and I've read some good things about it. If by chance it's NOT for me..you have first dibs!! :)

Ultra Sonic Cleaner, Some of us use them to speed up the steeping process.

On my DIY I put the bottles in there and leave it on for a few hours and most juices are fully steeped by then.

Hmm I'm going to have to check out the nickel mesh on the coop. I like how you can mix and match at IBTanked.

USC = Ultrasonic Cleaner. Often abbreviated simply as UC.

I can't speak specifically to BusterTheDog's configuration but I suspect he does get an extra flavor shot or two in his max VG blends, most do anyway.

**whoops I see jkroeber already replied. That's what I get for starting to type this then going off to do something else. *Oooh look a bunny!* Yup that's exactly what I did too, went off to play with my bunnies while I was still typing this up.
