Have you ever gotten the protanks from fasttech? I'm very curious how they are. It seems they are genuine, but at the lower price point, probably do not come with the nice carry case or extra heads. Also, keep an eye out for the protank 2, it's supposed to come out soon. Interesting new design from the looks of it.

They are genuine, and work well. Come with 2 heads and the ring. The $12 fasttech one doesn't come in the hard box. Comes in this. The $16 one on there comes with the nice case, but out of stock.

...The only tea I've had from MBV is Texas Sweet Tea, and it takes like a month for the tea flavor to come out at all, and that's when dripping, and even then it's pretty darn subtle.
Mine hasn't steeped anywhere near that long, but so far it basically tastes like nothing. The slightest, and I mean slightest hint of tea on the exhale, but nothing else....could almost pass for unflavored juice. I don't even get the 'sweet' that some people have spoken of.

I managed to talk my self into 3 kanger protanks and 25 or so atomizers today. Now I can enjoy all these tank crackers with out worry...
I've been thinking about trying a Protank, but have held off in hopes of the Protank 2 coming out soon because it looks like it will be a significant improvement. In the interim I've decided that I'm pretty fond of the vape from carto tanks (have two Smoktech Pyrex DCTs with single coil Boge cartos in them), and decided to pick up a couple IBTanked 22mm tanks instead. Carto tanks are a minor PITA to set up (mostly the carto prep), but I really like the taste and vapor production from them. Vaping Cinnamon Bun from one of my DCTs right now and really enjoying it! The other one is standing by loaded with my "Build Your Own" coffee mix (Cafe Coffee, Sweet Cream and Hazelnut). The OCD/IBT tanks are making their way to me in vapemail, should be here some time next week. I have to confess that I'm also 'dallying' from MBV, going to try Nicoticket's Custard's Last Stand, Beetlejuice and OR3O. Gotta stretch the horizons occasionally, right?

I really like my Smoktech Pyrex DCT as well. I've been having issues with the Boge LR's lately. Couple of duds out of the box, and they really do not wick high VG that well, for me anyways. It worked out though; I'm finding the Smoktech DC LR carto are better suited to my taste. Warmer vape with only minor wicking issues even with heavy chain vaping. Also your custom mix sounds awesome.

Solar Flare is one of my faves.....strong with 2 flavor shots....great stuff! It'll wake up your taste buds!!

So going back to MBV juice, I'm not quite ready to give up yet. I'm sticking with max VG and 6mg (can't vape 18mg on an RDA). Anyone have suggestions for STRONG (Extreme Ice strong) flavors that are ready to vape straight out the box?

If you want something besides Ice, you could take a look at Root Beer, Key Lime, or Solar Flare. These are all strong flavors, IMO. If you want something like Ice, Lightning is also strong.

I've got a dozen Smoktech cartos coming from IBT along with my tanks. I don't vape high VG liquids, but these Boges have been clogging up pretty quickly. I'll give the Smoks a try and see if they're any better.

I haven't tried Extreme Ice so I don't know if they're as strong by comparison, but I really like Black Ice, with Green Ice running a close second right behind it. Both of them were good right out of the mail IMO, with a very strong menthol flavor. Surprised me that I liked them that much because I never smoked menthol cigarettes (hated them, in fact!).

Solar flare sounds good; it's very similar to my own mix of extreme ice and pixie sticks (non-MBV). Any strong fruit flavors out there? I'm a big fan of moo juice. Also, I like to mix extreme ice with fruit in general, but I like them on their own too.

Black Ice is blackberry and menthol; Green Ice is green apple and menthol. You can taste the fruit in them on the inhale, more of the menthol/"ice" on the exhale.

I've been eying Black Ice, it's definitely going on my next order. I've been waiting for Green Apple (as with Green Ice) to come back in stock, but not holding out for that. I do smoke menthol, which made the ice flavors appeal to me. But I think the flavor is more like gum minty, rather than menthol minty. It really reminds me of breath mints or dentyne ice gum.

Key Lime is the strongest fruit flavor I've had from MBV. I've heard Double Apple is pretty strong, though...

I'm not a fan of key lime in general, but luckily, my next order (hopefully coming tmw), includes double apple. Hopefully it won't need a steep. I'm blowing through moo juice at an alarming pace.

I've been hesitating on Double Apple so looking forward to what you think.
