hmm. so even though my mbv order routed to a town like 40 mins from me last night at midnight, it won't be here till tomorrow :/
im a little nervous. i had bought my sid from puresmoker.com after seeing a going out of business sale in the deals and steals thread. i guess since they are out of their stock now and closed, they shut down their site. so i can't check the status of my order. I really hope I didn't get screwed...

Maybe it'll all be just fine. I have gotten very nervous about different orders when the sellers communication was lacking.....
But, it was all for nothing, when it would ultimately show up. ;-)

Did u get a confirmation email? There wasn't a tracking link in it?

I am so sorry for the loss of your mom.
I just found out that my mom has cancerous tumors in her colon.
I'm trying to be brave for her, but actually I'm pretty scared.

I'm sp sorry Ms kitty. It's very hard to be the strong person sometimes. I had to be that person when my Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer. We lost him 1 1/2 years later. That was the hardest thing I had to ever go through :(
Hugs and prayers are with you and your mom!

I feel for you... my MIL has been dealing with the same issue for a year now. Hang tough, she will need your support and strength <3

My dad was diagnosed with bladder cancer a year and a half ago, he went through two surgeries and thankfully no chemo. He has been in remission ever since. It's hard to constantly see the negatives but just enjoy every minute with her and hope for the best.

I'd be afraid to do that - when liquids heat up, they expand. In glass I would think, and I could be wrong, that if it were sealed, you'd run the risk of broken glass - if the bottles are open maybe..... not sure how hot is too hot for juice though.

:D

my bad, a lifetime working on "stove tops" got me through some preliminaries. i bought some candles from the dollars store and put them in a pot to melt the candles. then i covered then with water and brought the heat up. i let it cool and skimmed off the wax from the top, and then repeat. then i scrubbed them in hot soapy water. (just making sure the wax and the vanilla from the candles was gone.

absolutely, the nice, thick, glass bottles will be uncovered, and i will be bringing the temperature up slowly. obviously, to some degree or another, people have applied heat to juices to quicken the steeping stage, so it's just a matter of how much can you apply.

from my point of view, steeping juice in a container that is the same size as the juice doesn't make sense. when you shake it, there's no room for the molecules to fly around and crash into each other. i'll have plenty of room for expansion, but the room is really so that when it cools and i shake it, there will actually be some movement of the juice.

twill be an interesting experiment!

Well then it might be a good thing I got the Moo's, hawk and shortcake in 30 ml. Only got thug juice in 15ml. All the chocolate ones are for my girlfriend.

Right now favorite that I have is Berry Creamy. Made 8/29, was good right away but has been gotten better. Caramel Apple has been getting better too.

My Caramel Apple is about two weeks old, I think it was a Labor Day purchase, haven't tried it yet. Berry Creamy is around a week, I know it'll still be buttery.

Such a long time to wait. I've never had any issues vaping straight from the mail box. What do you guys do waiting for these things? It's rare but sometimes I don't like a liquid so I just let it sit for a week or two and it always tastes the same to me lol.

Sending you some big hugs. A good friend of mine is battling terminal
brain cancer. It's so hard.

freaking cancer! it leaves no life untouched.

Nothing to forgive Poling!! You were just the 'straw', so to speak. Have a lot on my mind right now and it didn't take much to set me off. Not your fault at all....or anybody's.....so forgive me for being snappish....I hate it when that happens!

I wasn't sure if I should even mention this but my mom passed on Wednesday and I am leaving tomorrow to take care of things. It wasn't cancer but mom took care of dad when he was sick as well so it kind of fits. This is more a show of support for Roonies. And to let her know she's not alone. Feel better, time heals all wounds and I am a firm believer in this

Sorry to hear about your family, all of you. I know what you feel like because my mom was/is sick with pneumonia for the past 4-5 months. Not to mention she's a single mother of two and doesn't make much so the past couple of months I've been there almost every other day trying to help out. Dunno what would happen if she went one day. Those poor kids would need to stay with me I suppose.

Keep your head up, and do what you must do, always think positive even when it's hard.

The general consensus in the DIY threads is that 125° F is low enough to not effect the nicotine.
