Thanks Mourningshadow. That's what I needed to know. Not sure about dripping, or even what that is I've never put the spinner above 4.5 or so with an EVOD. I tried it there once just to see the difference and the heat and vapor volume about choked me I'm afraid to take it higher and blowing a coil, and my MBV juice is JUST RIGHT at around 4.2. However, the VAMO does look cool, I'm liking what I hear about them, and the prices on kits seem VERY reasonable so I'll probably end up getting one soon just because....
my inner NERD is saying "Ooo...SHINEY...."...

For the money the VAMO really is hard to beat. I'm sure you'll be happy with it if you decide to go that route.

Hey all! Im kinda in a rut with the flavors I have been using and been thinking of playing with that DIY feature they have. I already made a passable Thug juice without the extra menthol. I was wondering anybody had any good recipies to share that they have tried?

For the money the VAMO really is hard to beat. I'm sure you'll be happy with it if you decide to go that route.

I have a question and I hope it's OK to ask it on this thread.... I'm realatively new to vaping, but have done my research and have a pretty good grasp on things. Currently, I'm using a 1300mah Vision Spinner and pretty much EVOD's with 2.4 and sometimes 1.8 coils. I really don't know too much about "Dripping", or coil building, or any of that. My question is, I was looking at Vamo's and while they look cool and all, I'm wondering if it would be worth getting one? Like I said, right now I don't drip (don't EVEN take that the wrong way) and mainly use evods. Would there be a differnce in my vaping, flavor, etc.? I find that keeping the spinner around 3.8-4.2 is a good setting for flavor and vapor volume for my tastes, I'm just not really sure if a Vamo would be all that and a bag of chips. Just wondering

Same here... I wondered the same thing (if it was worth getting a vamo in addition to my twist and spinner) and I have to say, my vamo is the only thing I use now. I have 6 batteries to swap out in my vamo and lord help me if it breaks lol... I'd be up a creek! Haha =)

It's all about taste, set it vv or vw to whatever you think tastes good.

I usually don't post the 50/50s (Peppermint Bark; equal parts candy cane & white chocolate. Coconut Cream; equal parts coconut & whipped cream), but the more complex stuff, I post in there.

Just tried Fruity Hoops.

Very Similar to Fruit Loops. Very Sweet and Lemony. When I first got this flavor it was very perfumey. After about a week or two of steeping it has mellowed out and is pretty good. It is sweet and the predominant flavor is lemon. I can taste hints of orange and cherry. All in all I like this flavor and would order it again.

I personally don't put any stock into "premium" vendors. I'm not going to wait for a site to open just so I can be denied juice at checkout.

Probably does like me. I save all my glass bottles from another vendor and the ones i know Im not going to be vaping a lot I transfer them into a glass bottle. I have a full glass bottle of root beer float that just too sweet for me. I keep meaning to get some regular root beer to tone it down but keep forgetting.

If the bottle didn't have an MBV label on it I'd think that would be a reasonable assumption, but it has an MBV label...butterscotch too!

Mowgli has said several times that he transfers his liquid to glass, steeps them in his UC and he then carefully peels the label off the MBV plastic bottle before any of them go into the UC. Then when he transfers the liquid (or not) he puts the original label on the juice bottle.

Sorry I had skipped out early last night and didn't see your question. But I'm glad others did see it and answered the question for you already. It's probably best that they answered anyway, seeing how my Vamo is only a backup for my backup and don't really plan on using it. I'm sure they work great and do what they're supposed to do and all that.

My sticking point with them is what if (when) they break will you do? Buy a new one? I really only use ones that first I can have repaired or repair myself (mechs).

In the case of my Provari's (currently have 2) they have a 12 month guarantee with the option of a second year at purchase. Even when that expires I can send it back to be repaired for a minimal charge. And since I don't plan on vaping forever when I am ready to give it up I can get a good part of my money back by selling it. They retain their value quite nicely.

For my Mech (Legacy from PureSmoker) It is made here and is machined very solidly and can easily be repaired by myself with very few parts and effort. The mech allows for all kinds of fun. sub ohm vaping and when I want a better regulated battery I throw in a Kick and go with coils from 1.5 and up, and I can use VV or VW. This gives me the best of all vaping worlds.

But as others have said, they love their Vamo's and they work great. So if anyone is looking at getting one I would highly encourage it over the spinners and twists. If for any reason is that you can replace batteries on that for much less than purchasing a whole new battery unit. Never mind the increased flexability of the Vamo (II III)
