Close enough for rock and roll
Two orders placed from MBV in one day. First time I have done that in a while. Got some 100% vg locally and got the necessary flavors to try to replicate a locally made juice by Rocket fuel vapor called Poseidon. It's a juicy fruit Big Red flavor that is amazing.Grew up chewing both. Ordered a 50 ml of Fruity juice gum at 18mg and 2 fruity juice flavoring bottles. Got 1 bottle of the cinnamon red hot flavoring as well. I vape at 6 and do a 50/50 or 40/60 when I can get it so I am hoping to turn out about 150ml at 6ish mg. Poseidon is 16-18.50 per 30 ml so hope I get something close.It dawned on me a little to late I should have gone 24mg to quadruple the batch but hey, you live and you learn. Asked for zebra stripe gum as my sample on this order.

I requested Peach Rings too. I fear as a candy flavor it'll be too sweet for me so I requested it as my sample since it won't have flavor shots.
Well, I guess I'm going to have to order another bottle of Jungle Juice since Thug Juice isn't back in. I've about halfway through the 30ml bottle I ordered to get by and something has to get steeping.
On a side note, anyone have any issues with EVODs from here? I got a couple and they are making my juice funky. Everything tastes tobacco based. Thought my sample of Jungle Juice was either a bad mix or nasty juice until I put it in another EVOD.

If it is too sweet by itself I will just make some peach lemonade juice with it . Wasn't impressed with peach juice by itself or in the lemonade. Has a weird aftertaste to it. Haven't found a non candy peach juice I like yet so time to try the candy peach
If I can get anywhere close it will be. Poseidon is such a good juice. The Big Red flavor from the candied cinnamon somehow doesn't override the juicy fruit. Just a really interesting juice. Hope I chose right on the red hot over hot tamale.
I bought a couple of Evods from MBV and I didn't have a problem. However, I have seen people posting about a funky taste coming from their Evods from all different sources. Have you tried washing them in hot water and giving them a good soak in PGA or vodka? That seems to dissipate any residual flavors coming from them. Or maybe try a new head and see if that makes a difference? Save the old head for rebuilding (even if you don't now, you may later.)
I haven't yet. My Protank 2 came in and I'm loving it. I have some high test rubbing alcohol I use to clean and will be doing so at some point. Got 15 spare heads as well if that's the problem. Just wondering if anyone else had the issue. It's not as bad as the ones from fasttech, those had a machine oil taste that no matter how much I cleaned them I couldn't get rid of it. I'm really loving the glass, can't wait for the Protank Mini 2.
i have two protank mini 2's on pre-order. i just wish the coil heads from T3s fit them, cause i have tons of them.
i fell in love with their pink lemonade, and i still use it... just ordered a 236ml bottle. i also have 300ml of one i had made. i call it prape... peach and grape combo.. its amazing.. i also ordered the pear. its not too bad letting it steep atm. i have arnold palmer and freckled lemonade on its way.. i just cant go away from mbv because of the price... its too good to pass up.

I'm with you. After just a few weeks of vaping I lost 11 pounds. I had been a cigar smoker off and on for 37 years but hadn't smoked in awhile. With the weather getting warmer at the end of April, I was looking forward sitting outside and lighting up. The big difference between the cigars and vaping, for me, is that when I smoked I ALWAYS had my cigar in one hand, and an alcoholic beverage or snack in the other. Since I started vaping the combination of the nic, keeping my hand busy, and the variety of flavors has caused me to cut back on the snacking and drinking by at least 90%. And that is with just 6mg nic. I'm not planning on quitting vaping any time soon.
Oh, this post is very encouraging!! I am having a hard time losing my 'grief weight' and my dear hubby has been gone 7 years. I hate not being at my fighting weight. LOL. Wow, congratulations on being tobacco free and thinner!!
Remainder of the post snipped for brevity, but that's quite a testimonial to the effectiveness of vaping. Anecdotally, smoking cessation by other methods is almost always accompanied by weight gain.
Yup - 10+ (varying between 10 and 13) lbs down after I quit vaping and still holding 3 1/2 months later. It's so easy to vape a bavarian cream chocolate donut than to buy and eat one. I feel a lot better and my cravings are satisfied. WIN WIN.
