Well, I am using an old school multi meter so there's some wiggle room there.

Old school?? Like an analog meter? I have 2 of those but can't read anywhere close to the accuracy for these coils? Well, one is really a VTVM, Vaccum Tube Volt Meter. Your eyes must be good as a hawk.....hawk sauce. Time to change the atty.

I'm looking at Flavor West's site now

Here are the flavors that are OOS @ FW:

Green Apple
Cinnamon Roll
Cookies and Cream
Cucumber Mint
Ecto Cooler
Orange
Snickers
Vanilla Cup Cake

That's it.

I don't understand the complexities of suppyling thousands of customers and I'm sure there are other factors involved in MBV's OOS phase besides supply but...bacon OOS? really?

I just got my order of Mudslide - which came at the speed of light - and I always like the surprise freebie. Well, I was surprised. I got Bacon. I love real bacon but there's no way I'm vaping it. Guess I'll be putting together a PIF soon.

There's where the last of the bacon went

Yes, analog! My spousal unit's! It takes a steady hand and magnification...hahah!! I can zero it out with a little dial so that helps, and when my wraps are consistent every time it helps. I didn't use it once because the coil looked so good and I knew the wires were snipped very flush so I just dry burned it and used it and the coil was fine...I know...bad, right? I will have my Provari next week and will be able to use that so I'll be very happy for the accuracy.

Actually, I love that show.....and a little OCD here....plus the burning desire to always remain teachable....yeah....I'm a geek!

Nah, was making a Sheldor joke from Big Bang Theory and then decided maybe most may not watch the show and get the joke.

You reminded me that I've been meaning to ask you about Pinon! When I stayed in Santa Fe a few years back the whole downtown square smelled of cinnamon, cedar and pinon. It was in the air when you opened the window...best smell ever!! I bought the little brick pinon incense and have never been able to find anything like it here. LOVE it so much! Do you dabble in that scent?? When the package arrives at the P.O. I hope it arrives on the day the long haired hippie dude is working....that patchouli is going to smell right through the package I'll bet!! Oh, and no rush...I'm going to be gone back to KC and So. Dak., then back to KC for at least the next two weeks. I'll let ya know when I'm on my way back home and you can send it then.
SORRY SORRY SORRY for the wayyyy off topic if I've offended anyone....but hey, I've posted my fair share of MBV reveiws here with many more to come....so.....:p

Actually, I have some of the Pinon resin in one of my boxes around here somewhere, when I first got it, it was way too sticky to work with so I put it away to harden up, I have quite a few different types of resins, Dragons Blood, light and dark copal, Frankincense, Myrrh and a bunch of others, but I am out of Makko powder which can be very expensive to get and I am out of my Red Joss that I like to use as the combustion source when making the incense, I typically make 2 types out of those, either just a powder to burn in a Censor or I will take the time to create these little sticks, they are fragile but I prefer to make them that way as opposed to using the Bamboo Sticks and then rolling them in the powered to make sticks, I typically make a paste which is about the same consistency as home made pasta dough, then I use and manual extruder to make the sticks, roll them out straight then put them in between screens do they dry, leaves very little ash when they burn that way. Others tend to make their powders with saltpeter but I rarely do that unless I am making powdered incense from the resins as they melt and will typically go out if the powder doesn't have enough of the other combustible ingredients, but you have to be careful with saltpeter otherwise you'll end up with a smoke bomb or worse, little fireworks show that can be dangerous.

Anyway, back ON TOPIC, lol.... MBV sent me 2 surprises with my last order, another 15ml of Ecto Cooler and Grape Surprise, that was a surprise! lol Now I am out of my Peanut Butter, which is another one of those juices I wouldn't have gotten if it wasn't for you guys and gal's here, great stuff for me, and I love their Hazelnut!

Wow....who knew? I've never known anyone...til now....who made incense. It's really labor intensive, huh?! Well, I have almost a full box of the little pinon bricks they make there in Santa Fe. I hoard them and hardly ever burn them because they are like gold to me. Mostly I burn Nag Champa....always a good choice.

I've never tried the MBV peanut butter, but I got the Peanut Butter Cup on MsComptchr's recommendation....I think I'll try some right now!!! She said it's really good and is DIY-ing it these days.

Yes, it's very labor intensive at first but once you get the specifics down it's a much faster and easier process. One of my favorites besides Patchouli and the Amber I made is Balsam Fir, I just love the smell of that stuff, especially during winter time. I only have like 2 oz left of the Pure Uncut Fir oil and I will start making that into incense around the end of October or mid November.

The PB is really good, but like most it gets better with steeping, the last little bit I had left about 8mls was like 8 weeks old as I went through the 60ml bottle quickly, but boy was that last bit great. And I love to mix the PB and Hazelnut together at time and I also use them to smooth out some of the harsh coffee juices that are dry tasting, brings it to life! I just my Hazelnut today so it need to steep at least 2 weeks and I have 3ml left that is in my Protank and it's calling my name... lol

We need details! Neither MBV or Flavor West sell it as a flavor.
I tried mixing MBV Milk Chocolate with MBV Peanut Butter at different ratios and it was tasty.
Just not Reeses tasty.

I do have MBV PBC juice and it's very good. I just haven't been able to DIY it :(

It was my daughter's birthday yesterday. I am working on getting her to switch to vaping. She's a "hiding behind the house" kind of smoker. She's not sold on the vaping thing but I'm not giving up. This is my beautiful girl. Maybe by her next birthday she'll be part of our little group.

While some of my flavorings have been from MBV, a lot of what I am mixing it TFA from Wizard Labs. Chocolate and Peanut butter go great, but my fave recipe is Double Chocolate Caramel Truffle. Buttery Nipple is a close second.

Ok, on the MBV Peanut Butter Cup. Mine has been steeping for maybe 2 or 3 weeks. On first taste I'm getting peanut butter. I'm not tasting the chocolate yet, but I know that chocolate sometimes takes a little longer. I've tried different voltages on the spinner and I'm liking it at around 4.3, which is my usual sweet spot for this device. All in all, even with this being primarily peanut butter, this is one delicious vape. My first peanut butter actually, but not my last.....yummy!!! Very satisfying!

edited to add....Day-um....this is really good stuff!!

So, how is it? I've been vaping it for the last few hours.

Thanks! We come from a long line of good genes....and I had her when I was 10! jk.....
I am really sad about the flavors being OOS too. I worry that because of possible FDA intervention in Oct. that many online businesses will be forced to close down. I hope that isn't a factor with FW. That's part of the reason why I want to DIY, hoard juices, and learn how to rebuild my own coils. It's like preparing for the inevitable Zombie Apocalypse!! I am crossing fingers and toes that the end of the month brings those flavors that we love so much back!!
...and on those coil rebuilds.....just take a deep breath and take your time. Use some really good magnification....it helps so much! I know you can do it!
