It is that simple but your base liquid will be 12% weaker.
My first DIY attempt was MBV 24mg base to get 21mg juice.

100ml is a lot of juice for 1 flavor so you''ll want to use smaller numbers.

I usually add 4ml flavor to 28 ml of my base (20.5) to get my 12.5% 18mg
The 18mg is within 1%
I have dozens of empty 15ml dropper bottles and too much juice so now I make 16ml at a time instead of 32ml.
2 + 14 instead of 4 + 28

You want 12% flavor add 3 + 25

Ok, I did it.....I had got alot of MBV flavorings in my last order, but I ordered some more and a bottle of Nicotine.
I'm gonna try it....

5 x Empty 15ml EyeDropper Bottle Childproof Caps
1 x 236 ml Unflavored Nicotine Juice USA made
(Nicotine Strength: 18 mg/ml (Medium), Blend: PG 80% VG 20% )
1 x Caramel Candy E Juice Baker Vapor
(Nicotine Strength: 18 mg/ml (Medium), Blend: PG 80% VG 20% , Bottle Size: 30 ml + $2.5, Extra Flavoring Shot (.50 8oz, .25 under 8oz): 1)
1 x Banana Electronic Cigarette Flavoring
1 x Blueberry Electronic Cigarette Flavoring
1 x Key Lime Electronic Cigarette Flavoring
1 x Vanilla Custard Electronic Cigarette Flavoring
5 x Empty 30ml EyeDropper Bottle Childproof Caps
1 x Plum Electronic Cigarette Flavoring

This along w/what I already ordered should (hopefully) get me started!

I've come to the conclusion that anything in a Protank is just harsh. Anything I try hurts my throat, but never did in an Evod. Confused, because it should be pretty similar, being that the heads are the same. Bummer.

Which Protank are you having that issue with? Is it the 3ml? They have a different draw to them and it's airier but at first I also found it to be a bit harsh, but now I use it and love it for my Hazelnut and the like. I use my T2 for some other stuff, but I am getting away from the Plastic Crap, however I will keep the Evods and the small CE3 even though they are a bit of a pain in the .... to fill, I just got 1 Mini Protank in today and I will be getting some of the ARO Pyrex ones.

Nice order!
So...u like some peanut butter, so do I. :)
The 3 I don't want to run out of are PB, graham Cracker & whipped cream!
I have found lots of faves, but I can do so much with these 3!!

Right now I'm vaping cherry, gc & whipped cream!

I love the Peanut Butter and Hazelnut, those are what I consider my comfort vapes as I have quite a lot of menthol and fruit flavors and tend to over due them and wind up with a variation of VT and those 2 help sooth the tongue, at least for me.

Most of those are one's I have not tried yet, so far I have only tested Red Licorice and Bubble Gum, they will require steeping for me, too much bite at this point, the others like Udderly Nuts and the sample of Mudslide are not being tested for a least 1 week as for the rest of them will see how much will power I have, I put most away but have a few right next to me that I am considering on dripping out of curiosity. :p

So...

I've been VERY pleased with many of the flavors from MBV, but I want to comment on one that seems terrible: Papaya.

It smells great, but tastes terrible. Is this one known for needing to steep? Most of the other fruity flavors that I've gotten have been great right out of the packaging. Maybe this one is different?

Speaking of steeping, I got Banana, Banana's Foster, and Johnny Chimpo. Banana is really nice straight out of the mail box - and I'm definitely going to make sure to always have at least 50ml at all times, while the other two aren't doing much for me. Johnny Chimpo tastes way too much like maple syrup. Are these two also ones known for needing to steep?

Lastly, I'd really like a cinnamon and sugar flavor to mix with other flavors - any suggestions? I'm thinking that the fire ball type flavor might be really nice to add some spice to fruity flavors like strawberry and banana, but maybe the straight cinnamon flavor would be better? What about the Churro flavor? I'm mostly looking for a nice kick. I had hoped that Banana's Foster or Johnny Chimpo would do that for me, but neither seems to be what I'm looking for - at least not yet. Thoughts?

Thank you.

These are the MBV flavors that currently are "must haves" for me - in no particular order:

* Watermelon - It's nice and fresh; I like to add just a hint of menthol, too...but just a hint to complement the freshness of the watermelon.

* Strawberry - With 3 flavor shots, it's really nice as far as cheap strawberry goes. Merango by Johnson Creek tastes way better, but it costs way more, too! MBV for the win!

* Banana - With 3 flavor shots, it's nice by itself or mixed with other fruit flavors. I do really like bananas, though, and this works well for me. I haven't tried adding vanilla to it yet, but I do have some Vanda from Johnson Creek, so I might try adding a few drops of that to the banana to see.

* Mango - With 3 flavor shots, it's probably the strongest smelling juice that I currently have. It tastes nice and mixes well with Whipped Cream - which reminds me...

* Whipped Cream - I'm not sure how many flavor shots work the best yet, but so far this is great for mixing with fruit flavors - and it's nice drip, drip, dripped by itself, too.

* Pomegranate - This one is nice by itself, but I think that it really shines mixed with other fruit flavors. I can taste the seeds, and the slight bitterness of the seeds is what I think adds a complexity when mixed with other fruits.

The above is me attempting to link to my post in the SI forum, asking about tank crackers in the new Volt Mini Clearos. All of my juices are MBV, and I know that at least 1 person here (besides me!) uses Volt equipment. If anyone here has experimented with tank crackers in the new clearos, I'd love to read about it. SI says they are using new, better plastic to resist cracking, but doesn't specify clear polypropylene.

I will be experimenting with my clearos after I've gotten some use out of them with non-tank crackers (I JUST got them!), but any guidance anyone here can supply, would be much appreciated! I am especially interested in vaping Green Apple and Ruby Red Grapefruit out of these.....

Thank you!

Hey, look at that! My hyperlink attempt worked! And another crack appears in my cave wall.......

I have tried the bubble gum, going to let it steep, out of the mail for me it has a Juicy Fruit overtone at this point and as it is fresh I am quite sure it's going to mellow out a bit and as of right now I believe it's going to be really good, not something I would vape all day, well again I don't have an ADV, the closest at this point is one I really didn't like a month ago, The Red Apple, it now taste just like biting in to one.

As for the Red licorice, I have it in one of the CE3's to test and I can also tell this one will be good, right now it has the taste to me of the Wax Candy Lips we used to get when I was a kid, but right now, while good, it needs steeping. :)

If the TST is caramelizing like that, try upping the resistance of the coil and reducing the power. That should help some, but might not eliminate the problem altogether.

Mine were Triton batts and tanks, but I have figured out that the juice just doesn't want to wick up. Needs a bottom-feeder to stay saturated, I think, so I just rinsed an evod. I'll put the high res coil on it and give it a try in the am...if that works, I'll be headed online to get me a green evod for my minty goodness. :2cool:

Yeah the regular first gen Protank. Going to try the Protank 2, Puritank, and Davide. See if I have better luck. I like a bottom coil and the bigger capacity, but this is a bit rough.

Try putting some dental floss in one of the air vents, that will tighten up the draw and perhaps that will also lessen the harshness you are experiencing. Personally I prefer the smaller tanks, but this is due to the fact that I switch to at least 3 different juices a day sometimes more, so far I really like the Mini Protank.

I'm glad u said that I just opted to get 2 mini protanks over a dripper.
I'm a little tired of worrying with wicks for awhile. My puritanks have spoiled me! I'm enjoying the coils...

Looks like I'm not the only one who got their Labor Day order today! :)

The only juices I can 0-day review are Hot Chocolate, Mudslide (free requested sample) and Hazelnut (free suprise sample!).

Hot Chocolate and Mudslide are both fine right out of the mail. A little tough to differentiate - maybe a bit of marshmallow in the HC? Mudslide just tastes like a different chocolate. Can't wait for them to steep! Hazelnut is pretty good too, but I'll probably use it as a mixer. No complaints, just not really a taste I love by itself. Everything else in the order is flavorings, so I'm gonna wait on my nic and USC before I say anything about them (OK, one thing, the Spearmint smells lovely, even with the bottle closed LOL).

Does anyone know where I can pick up a good inexpensive ultrasonic cleaner? I do have a Amazon account but not really sure of the quality of the cheaper ones. Size doesn't matter cause Im home all day and have time to run as many cycles as it takes and was wondering if using it really does help without taking away the flavor of the juice.

I can't speak to the quality as mine just shipped out today, but I ordered Amazon.com: BlackHillsGoldSource Model 890 Professional Ultrasonic Cleaner - Ideal As Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner, Eyeglass Cleaner, Dentures Cleaner and Other Household Cleaning - 600ml Capacity, 50 Watt, 42khz, with Digital Timer and 18 Cycles up to based largely on the promise that it has a 30 minute clean cycle.

I went on a tea spree for my most recent order: Dream Tea, Tidal Wave, and Texas Sweet Tea, which arrived today. When I put them up to steep, I noticed that the Texas Sweet Tea is odorless as well as colorless. Is that normal?

It's just about flavorless too. VERY mild flavor, and after months of steeping the tea flavor finally came out while the sweet flavor has gone into hiding. It's not bad, but being a Texan who likes Sweet Tea, I found it a bit disappointing.

I haven't found Mudslide to change much with steeping. Course, I probably use it up before it gets a real good steep going. I love the stuff!! On my last order I got two big bottles, one for me and one for a friend. Well, I just finished up a 15ml bottle of it and poured some of the new order into the smaller bottle so I could keep more for myself. I'm making this a no spend month so I don't want to run out. I can't believe I'm saying that. I never thought I'd get hooked on any flavor.
