Ok so during the latest juice shortage my supplu had become low. I made one big order on Labor day and planning on making another on the 12th (thats when they say Hawk Sauce might be in stock)

So I am determined to leave these alone so they can steep. Before I always made sure to stay an order ahead but during the latest crisis I could no do that; I dug through my little half bottles and thats all Im going to use this week.

I found that I had some vintage Butterscotch, toffee and cinnamon roll circa 3/15/2013!

I wanted to give a big "shout out" to MBV for something they did with a recent order of mine. After vaping quickly through a 15ml bottle of Banana, I went with the big 50ml this time with 5 Flavor Shots - I'm learning that I'm a BIG fan of Banana eJuice. Anyway, in the comments section of my order I mentioned that I like mixing Banana with Cinnamon and noted that they are out of their Cinnamon Red Hot; I also mentioned that I might like mixing Banana with Vanilla Custard. I asked if they could give me a freebie with that in mind. What they did was mix a hand-labelled "CinnaBanana" mix for me. I don't know exactly what's in it, but I really appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. They didn't have to do that!

no idea what i am vaping. i make up several tanks of my own concoctions, then put them in my purse. by the time i get to vaping them, i forget what they are. which sucks cause i sometimes really really love one and cannot duplicate it for the life of me.

It worked!! I loosened the the bottom coil on the puritank and now it's working on the vamo!!
I am tickled!
Why is my first thought and reaction to things not working if to always tighten it?
Both the puritank itself on the battery and then the coil??

glad that worked for you . my first inclination when things are leaking is to tighten them too. not always true i reckon.

I've been a huge MBV fan for quite some time, and very vocal about. I recommend them from this forum and others to around town, handing out cards and flavors that turned out to not be for me to my mechanic, the grocery checkout clerk and anyone else that vaped. However, this stock issue thing has me a hair's breath from leaving forever.

Their Lightning is my ADV, butterscotch and several others have had a permanent place in rotation. These issues have continued over a month though, which I just find unacceptable. Growing pains is one thing, six weeks of stock issues is another altogether. There are myriad of places they could get their flavors. Whatever reason they have to holding out such a long time on one particular supplier seems to suit their bottom line and not their customer.

They've been great until this, but within 24 hours I'm moving on if there is no stock and no real incentive from them to continue to be loyal. For goodness sake, the least they could do is extend their Labor Day sale for all of the flavors that weren't available while it ran. Lots of Facebook updates, which is nice, but doesn't make up for six weeks of frustration.

I really hope they haven't gotten so much positive feedback that they're taking customer loyalty for granted - if you're reading this guys, stellar past performance can only keep people hanging for so long. It may be time to go back to trying start-ups who are still hungry and appreciative for customers.

They send 10% coupon cards with every order and their Labor Day sale coupon was only 15%, not such a big problem for me. MBV is the only vendor selling the 236ml for $35, the only vendor that gives FREE 30ml samples of juice, and the only vendor that has multiple juices that suit my tastes. I can wait through out of stock, growing pains, and a whole bunch more for what they deliver to me :/
